Mind blown!

Still think it's gonna be hard to make 92%. At the very least I can't be the odd one out.

I was on a cruise over Thanksgiving once, so I probably played that night. That is the only time I can think of.

At a casino never afaik.

Did multitable 100/200 lhe literally at the dinner table once on Thanksgiving in I believe 2010. No regrets, games were too good to sit out

2018 ends with zero winning sessions and this intellectually stimulating conversation at the cashout line:

Him: "Where's the line?"
Me: "Here."
Him: "What's this (gap in the divider) for then?" (in all fairness, that's where the line usually forms)
Me: "I don't know."
Him: "It should be here."
Me: "Look, man, I can't tell you where the line should be, I can only tell you where it is."

Zero? How many sessions did you play during the year?

He should have played on Thanksgiving, the games were probably so good, even he could beat them.

I didn't play enough sessions to earn a Thanksgiving session.

To be fair, there are many players who expect to have a winning session every year and that can lead to bitter disappointment.

I got my uncle to stake me when I was 18 at the Bike on Christmas Day one year. Merry Christmas all!

Went to Lisbon, Porto, Marrakech and Barcelona. Just got back to Abu Dhabi yesterday.

Ate as much presunto porco preto in Portugal and all the Jamon iberico in Spain. They’re the same thing, but in different languages. Fell in love with 10 year old+ tawnys. If you haven’t been to Portugal, do it now. They have an amazing food scene. There’s this place in Lisbon called the timeout market which is a food hall that has multiple chefs who have Michelin stars helming the kitchens. Also went to this place called Calvinho do Avillez - get the veal risotto. Get the jumbo prawn. Get the veal cheek curry. Finish your meal with a glass of chilled Amarginha.

Couldn’t get any degen in this trip, but I’ll make my way to LA + NorCal on the 21st. Everyone can get their chance at my traveling budget.

Interestingly enough during the last five sessions had I raised the no-brainers as standard play except for having the legitimate stones I would have been beaten.

It's been an interesting couple sessions to say the least.

Played at Sandia in Albuquerque. Segregated smoke free poker room full of collusion, dealers who will NOT call players on their behavior, and fish.

The collusion part is probably the most annoying. Stop sharing cards you ****ing *******s.

This is the type of thinking that will make you a losing player. If you're afraid of losing to the mortal nuts every time you make a hand, you'll never get the thin value that separates the winners from the losers.

We all get coolered. Brush it off and move onto the next hand.
12-31-2018 , 05:35 AM
And then sometimes winning players just know someone else has the nuts based on the way he played the hand.

Actually I think he missed folding on the flop in this hand.
