He's asking everyone to stop and not picking a side, imo.

At first it bothered me, but then I became fascinated by it.
It got lost in the back and forth above, but do you have any thoughts on box wine? Any you really like?

You're very generous in your interpretation of the statement.

I had one once and it wasn't good. It also spoiled much faster than "they" say it does. Since there's no air in the bag it's supposed to last longer than an opened bottle...weeks maybe? That was not my experience. I'm open to pretty much whatever, so I should probably give it another try. Only problem is I don't usually have a need for 3+ liters of wine.

Maybe I'll go to the local store and say, "hello, I'm looking for some high end box wine."

You are right. The game is impossible to beat. Stay away from it; all your money will just go down the slot.

Best wine under $20?

I haven't tried it, but this is heralded as the best wine Bay 101 serves by the glass, so maybe worth checking out for $13.

Interesting article regarding a major bank heist

TLDR summary - credit thinkloop

- Hackers gain access to Bangladesh's Central Bank computer network.

- Over months they quietly observe user activity and credentials, incrementally escalating their privelages until they gain access to a connected SWIFT server

- The attackers wait for the optimal weekend, which included a national holiday, so that central bankers would be least available and able to communicate.

- On that weekend the attackers send a series of wires from Bangladesh, to NY, to the Philippines, totalling near $1b

- The attackers cover their tracks by deleting digital records on the Bangladeshi systems and interfering with their printers

- When the money arrives in the Philippines it is laundered through a complex system of casinos involving Macau and North Korea

- In the end "only" $81m was stolen, rather than $1b, because one of the wires referenced an organization with the word "Jupiter" in its name, which by dumb luck happened to be a word on an international blacklist due to a completely unrelated company with a similar name that broke Iran sanctions, triggering an investigation.

Hey guys, I finished my first year of Pharmacy school today.

Nice and congrats! Will taking too much Tylenol cause permanent damage to your liver? If so how come the warning labels aren't more prominent?

Congratulations!

Phenomenal industry to get into.

Of all individuals I've met in my life whose gone that route, all have become very successful at life as a Pharmacist and I imagine wealth based on cars they drive although all could have been born into wealth.

Best of luck getting through it in pharmacy school!

Too bad we can't make a pole within the thread. Everyone likes a pole.

Always Folding, congrats! I hope we can become good friends and you can give me fun drugs when they do their trials. For the good of medical research of course.

Took some filets to Volio's. Volio trained under Paul Prudhomme. Had redfish blackened, almondine and fried. Shared two bottles of Chard between three people. HOWMANY brought along a female companion that was smokin' hot so dinner consisted of wine, women and redfish. Iow, dinner was a perfect Cajun trilogy.

And I should add that she was casting and landing redfish like a pro by the morning of the second day fishing.

Cynical insider's perspective: they probably should be but no company makes enough money off of Tylenol to sue over.

Because the FDA hasn't gotten around to forcing manufacturers to do so, even though hundreds of people die every year from it (and millions of dollars in costs regarding the 100k other acetaminophen overdoses)

I appreciate that! Not surprisingly, many of my colleagues come from wealth and already drive nice enough cars to look like pharmacists
