And we've undermined the whole theory of "if a nit raises on the river he always 99.99% has the mortal nuts" because A) he had a hand that is 99.999% never in his range and B) he raised a str8 on a paired board.

Today may have been the perfect storm of a session. Played 2 hours, won 40 big bets, $100 in promo money and comped lunch. I had to walk in and out in the rain but that was acceptable. I feel like this is sustainable long term.

Thorogood was at Talking Stick a short while ago, ofc I went. He sold out the banquet room that they use for big acts including standing room that had some poor unfortunates up against the front wall which is awful. He did his best to play to them by going to the side of the stage, but still. Great show and he must be a terrific guy bec if you check his wiki page most of the band has been w/ him since the beginning.

great song but much bigger win is youtube followed it by playing 4 straight Sweet songs - fox on the run, ballroom blitz, love is like oxygen and little willie
