Will there be any upgrade available from "Core GTO Pack" version to Pro?

Actually, we do not have such option. GTO Core pack comes with reduced price as a part of GTO Trainer.

But if you have already purchased Pack and want to upgrade to Pro we can think about manual solution for you. Contact our support team and send link to this post.

Can I use the GTO Core Pack on two computers (though not simultaneously ofc)?

It should work.

Also if you bought Pro version you can deactivate it using "-" button and transfer it another PC. We suggest that it is useful feature.

I need to mention that activation of Trial does not grant you access to Core GTO Pack. You can check pack description via application or here

I was quite excited once I found that version 1.0 was released and didnt even try trial before buying it (since I was using free version for a while I had a trust in product).
I believe that product is good, however, from official, paid version I expected a bit more.

Some features I would like to see in the future:
1) Possibility to see whole range for current decision point, not just pre flop range.
2) Possibility to sort results by chosen criteria in game summary window. Add EV loss collumn so it would be possible to rank all hands by EV loss.
3) Separate bet and raise, check and call actions in game summary "you-gto" charts.
4) In session simulation, show pot size before bet is made along with total pot size (now it only shows total pot size after bet). Make it just like it is at the real table.
5) After I chose chose EV loss line, but last action is shown as a result in a game summary (and sometimes shown as "Error" but not always).

Agree with all of this. It’s very disappointing to see that the paid version it’s really similar to the beta one.

Firstly, feedback you have provided is very important and appreciated. We are also happy that you trust product and like it.

I think, we need to explain our logic on making release decision.
For almost 6 months application was absolutely free. During this time, we have implemented a lot and eliminated a huge number of bugs. We have calculated a great number of flops too and added powerful pack to Pro version.

Please pay attention that all remote trainings including free ones are running on our servers and this is not free for us…

The release does not mean that development is completed, it is just necessary step for product development. Please understand our point of view and wait couple of weeks for a new version.

1 – actually, it was already done, but we suggested that we need to hide it, because seeing full opponent range is a kind of cheating. We think that there should be several options like “Preflop”, “Current action”, “Hide” (show on hover);
2 – ok, priority on this task is raised
3 – firstly we need to actualize combos as it is implemented in SPF

5 – could you please elaborate on this issue, provide an example of what is going on?

Using the trial, good software but it just very rarely works. Constantly crashing, when I try to run custom games with PIO I get at most one or two hands in before it just freezes and crashes.

Would be nice to see all the other strategic options for that hand. For example if I am running a BB vs BTN spot playing as the big blind. Some hands will be mixed between call/fold/raise, if I pick call then as far as I know there is no way to know the % of the time I take the other options.

Another similar suggestion, it would be good to see ranges from PIO/SPF with your whole range and what you are doing with that range for each spot. Should obviously be hidden, but being able to see quickly what you do with your whole range in a spot would be nice.

Using the trial at the moment, will definitely be buying, great programme.

Option to hide it makes sense and would be a nice feature. And it is not only about villains range, sometimes I want to check my whole continuing range as well and right now in order to do it I need to have solver on a side. Which is not a big problem but I would see it as an improvement of software if could do it a bit more quickly inside of it.
For example, I took quite significant EV loss line for river play, result in summary shown: Villain fold, what actually is the last action. I wouldn't call it a result, and I don't see a benefit in knowing how did the hand end. I rather know how much EV lost compared to optimal play.


Another thing I find a bit confusing happens in training more when there is a hand which plays mixed actions.
For example:

Hero choses to call a raise which is done 49.5%. But it is important to know what happens other 51.5% of the time as well. I dont know whether it is raise or fold or plays mixed in that particular spot.

Possibility to adjust frequencies with mouse wheel when hovered on break point (<>) marker.
Possibility to see an aggregated summary of previous drill sessions. During one session its hard to get enough sample size to judge whether mistake is random or it is a long term mistake. Maybe this could be implemented as: "summary of last X sessions" or similiar.

Is there any way to change the deck of cards? I have some limitations with seeing different suits based on colors alone with my setup etc and it's very difficult to see the symbols for the suits.

Would be good to be able to drill certain hand categories like A highs, middle pairs, underpairs, air, etc.

So all values comes from GTO engine (SPF or Pio) and you can check it. New version is able to open flop file during game making it more convenient.

Indeed, but in this case you can open Summary and look at color bars that represent GTO actions and frequencies.

You already can do this if open “Sessions” tab. There you can choose specific game configuration and look at aggregated data:

This task falls into "Appearance" task list. We certainly would add this as well as custom colors for actions, table, background and etc.

Right now, we are working on extended functionality of software and new modes, so some time is required

Yes, this would be really great feature. But it is also complicated problem related to:
1) Making filter structure
2) Storing this structure
3) Adding filters to SPF and Pio games
4) Sending structure to server and applying it remote mode (most difficult)

So, you can see, that it is a complex task. Anyway, we are going to add this.

Regarding EV loss, I understand what it means and I was trying to explain that it is way more important than last action displayed in "Result" column and in my opinion "result" sshould be measured by total EV loss, not last action during the hand.
Also I would like be able to sort results in respect of total EV loss value.

Btw does the software do auto-update?

Occasinally software freezes and after some time I get "pio time out" pop up. After that software crashes...

This is a joke. You got us to pay for the software and it still works as bad as in beta. I was in the middle of a session and it stopped working and I can’t see the session hands anymore. Is there any way to recover it?

I'm just playing around with the free btn v bb drills. All cbets are 50% sizing. We have Ac5d on KhKd6s and I selected 100% call. It said EV loss - GTO 100% fold. How can this be correct? Surely folding cannot be correct here right? This has me questioning the rest of them.
