Hello, I am enjoying the free trial so thanks for that.

I am currently looking at some spots where I 3bet the SB and the BTN calls. I got an answer wrong which surprised me, so I opened it in PIO, and it seems the results are different- GTO trainer told me I should have checked not bet, but in PIO it seems like bet is chosen more often than check, even though check has a (very slightly) higher EV.

Can anyone tell me why this is?

Does anyone else get a trojan warning from windows defender when trying to update to latest version?

It's in finnish but basicly saying its "serious", set to quarantine and "this program is dangerous and executing commands from attacker".

Hi, do the free drills include rake (I am playing with the BB vs. BUT 6max one)? And if yes what structure? Otherwise I guess I should treat marginal +EV calls and raises as folds.

Now, microsoft performes check of the software very slowly, so there was no way to fix it fast.

It could happen if your machine key has changed due to some hardware changes. Just contact our support: support@simplepoker.com or skype SimplePoker and they fix it fast.

Hello.

All trainings in the Simple GTO Trainer doesn't take rake in count for the postflop (even in paid packs). We assume that chipEV strategy should be good enough even in rake environment and it is quite hard to support different rules and structures of rake for trainings.

Hi,

I just played a hand vs the trainer and it seems like it didn't play out.

I bet three streets IP, the BB rivered a full house and didn't raise. I looked at the sim in PIO and this combo is always getting raised. Any idea what the problem is?

Hello,

I just bought the simple gto trainer pro version for 1 year to make custom games.
When loading my custom game I do have the following message error:

"Pio is taking too long to respond"

I am trying to create a drill for facing second barrel but I keep getting the error "trees do not contain specified node"

I copied the Node ID from Pio, then inserted a filter [All cards] instead of a random turn card, and can't get around this error.

Even if I just copy the Node ID and don't insert a filter, I still get the same error.

Hello! There is no such functionality yet. You could just click "Replay Hand" after each hand when you made the error. I will add your suggection to the backlog.

Hello. If you speak about custom trainings and you have solutions in Pio or SimplePostflop formats then just use this files when you create training and mark this training as Preflop.

In the new version we plan to add the support of Simple Preflop Holdem files.

Is there any information about where the ranges used in the Core GTO Pack come from? I just opened the "100bb UTG vs BB SRPs" pack, and I noticed that the BB is calling way tighter than the (supposedly solved GTO) ranges in "Modern Poker Theory" for the same scenario.

The BB in this pack has 11% of hands, whereas Modern Poker Theory recommends the BB call 22.8% of hands vs UTG open.

+1 to this. I know you said that it is added to the backlog, but this is a feature that surely many users would love. We're using this software to work on weak parts of our game. Being able to hone in on these weak points within your software is a win for all parties.
