Is there a quickfix for this?

Custom games, could you please consider making it possible for regular training to define a starting point for the hand to play out? Similarly to the drills, just on drills we are working on one spot over and over and in regular training we would be able to select a point from which a hand would play out.
For example, I want to work on my game after flop check raise is made so I would start at decision point where villain calls or re-raises checkraise. We would play out till last action on turn or river and next hand would start again, after flop check raise is made.

While we are working at new features, intermediate SGT version with important bug fixes is available. We hope that it will eliminate remaining crashes and provide more stable training process to our users.

1. Sorting hands in Summary for custom regular training is fixed;
2. Path to SPF or Pio could contain any characters including spaces or non-English symbols;
3. Deactivation of license is more stable to minor changes of a machine key (caused by software or hardware upgrade);
4. Usage of corrupted or incomplete CFR file does not cause application crash;
5. License tab now has instructions on trial activation;
6. Bug with active license tab without log in is fixed;
7. Edit of SPF custom drill configuration is fixed. Setting of new directory path is impossible without picking a node of a tree;
8. Labels are modified at Edit tab. Rounding options are available;
9. IP/OOP filters works correctly for all cloud packs and custom games;

Files are stored using optimized way aimed for real-time communication, so they could not be correctly opened in SPF.

Hi. I just bought a one year subscription because I really enjoyed the free trial. However now whenever I try and create a custom game, I get pio timeout before I can even play a single hand. This is for regular training. When I try a drill game, the flop files are loaded in the 'flops' box, but in the 'tree' box, there is nothing to click on.

I tried creating tiny trees with only 1 bet size and no turns or rivers saved, and it still doesn't work. Yet it worked for me when i used the free trial last year. Would really appreciate some help.

I recently bought a year subscription and I'm in love with the software. However, there are lots of unlabeled diagrams and graphs so I was wondering if there was a page similar to table tamer's where all the information/legends/explanations are listed?

For example, I'm not sure what the left 2 boxes that are stacked on top of each other on the "custom game summary" page are trying to depict. Additionally, some setup information and guide would be useful as I wasn't sure what my PioPreflop Path was or looked like.

Edit: Also is there a way to be able to select the subset of boards you'd like to work with within a subset? For example, if I have a subset of 100 random flops in a 3BP situation, is there a way to single out A high boards or A-J high boards? Or would I have to manually single the files out to another folder? If not, could this be a future feature?

Edit2: I found a bug where the default SB and default BB in the application settings don't work by default. I have them set to 5 and 10 respectively, and in summary white box that includes "start time", "duration", "hands", etc. within the "custom games" tab, the -EV/100 is off. It automatically seems to still assume SB and BB being 0.5 and 1. This can also be seen when you click on one of your solutions in "Play vs Custom Solutions" white box and click edit, it will have SB and BB preset to 0.5 and 1 even though my settings have been on 5 and 10 the whole time. During the first session playing vs custom solutions, it has SB and BB right though.

I'm trying to practice how to react when the OOP PFR checks, bets 1/3, or bets 2/3 pot on the flop. It would be great if you can modify the drills so that the PFR can do a few different things. I know this is possible on the regular training but I just want to practice flop play and not go to the turn or river.

My files I am trying to create a drill with open fine in pio. When I type in r:0, I get nothing.

Does the HUNL cash pack begin preflop or postflop

Hey man. It does start postflop but it's solved with GTO preflop ranges that you can visualize.

I downloaded this software and signed up for an account. I seem to be having 2 different but possibly related problems.

1. The software immediately asks me to update and if I say ok to having it update the update never happens.

2. I haven't received the confirmation email despite getting a pop up stating one has been sent.

I'm looking forward to playing around with this tool. Thanks for any advice on getting started asap.

The update eventually went through successfully though the confirmation email never came. After the update went through I signed up via a 2nd email account and got the confirmation email that time.


A couple of things to note:

1. It's very slow when playing custom game via PIO solutions. Note these are small save solutions and not micro so I'd expect play to be rather fast. It also takes a long time between hands.

2. It crashes frequently or goes into (Not Responding) mode as well.


Any tips on how to speed up the game play or reduce crashes?
