I guess Im missing something...I made a new group...added UB Preferences using edit regex...unclicked size...made the slot and saved...nothing happened

I came super close to assaulting a senior citizen just now...he was really old and was walking this super old shaggy dog and I thought to myself...I wonder if kicking this old man in the shin will bring the answers to my placemint problems.

You set the expression name, but you never actually set the expression. It is still set to "New Regular Expression"

Ok so I tyoed in UB preferences into that box and saved...then saved on the configure window...still nada...is it because I have two groups?...do they work at same time? grrrrrr

Or maybe it has something to do with the preferences window not having the 3 button min/max/close option...it onyl has a close box in tilebar...

I find Allsnap pretty helpful for getting new setups aligned correctly.

Does anyone know what the name of the chat window would be for UB...like if I wanted to set it up so when I detach the chat it goes to a set place...Im sure this works but the name at the top of the window is always the table name it belongs to.

ima2+2er_lol,
You can have multiple expression for one window group. Just select Full Tilt and Ongame in the configuration window and it will match both.
Irish...I finally heard back from Poker Stars support. This is their response -

"When you are moved tables there is nothing in the Tournament Header until
the Table recognizes you."

Is there a RegEx that will keep the tables in place when there is nothing in the header for a split second? Is that even possible to code?

ThankS!

Well, the table isn't going to move on it's own. If the table goes through the full cycle of name changing before PlaceMint scans, then nothing will happen and the title in the lsit will just be updated. The problem is if PlaceMint sees the blank title before it is corrected, that will cause PlaceMint to drop the window from the list and then add it as a new window when the title matches again. If the title really is empty, than there is nothing we can do because there are lots of hidden windows that are not given titles because they are not used in the way you see windows normally. If the title becomes "Tournament 1234" than we might could try to match that. However, it sounds like their answers is that it's the former.

LaylaLikesViolence,
There needs to be some distinction between the chat window and the table titles in order to handle them separately. Some sites do "Chat: TABLE_NAME"

How do I find out? It pops up in its own window but I dnt know how to find the base name. I know maximus did this thing on Stars where he got the chat boxes to auto displace for me so Im sure it can be done. I just wanna click the detach button and have it auto sent to a designated place.

It just seems like such a waste...I've written in a ton of RegExs to keep my tables in place, and now it seems like I'm just SOL. Just a waste of time if this relatively little 'glitch' is going to cause my tables to fall off placemint. How often does Placemint scan? Can I adjust the time frame so there is more time between scans? I will gladly donate more money if you can somehow come up with a solution for this.

rockwall,
Tools > Options > Other. Set the refresh delay to a higher number. 1000 would mean PlaceMint would do one scan a second.

LaylaLikesViolence & madlion,
It sounds like maybe the chat box might always be a window itself, but UB doesn't break it out until you hit the switch. This is just speculation, but might explain why it is reacting weird when attached to the table.

Hi,

The regular expression for Ipoker doesn't support any tables with £ or EURO as the currency, only $. Is there a quick edit I could do to allow these tables to also work with Placemint?

Here's the current Expression for Ipoker;

(^[\d\w]+:\s[\d\w)("\s.]+\s-\s(Texas\sHold'Em|Omaha|Omaha\sHL|\d\sCard\sStud), \s(No\sLimit|Pot\slimit|Limit)\s-\s\$?[\d.,]+/\$?[\d.,]+$)|(^[\d\w\s\$")(#/.,]+\s-\s[\d.,]+/[\d.,]+\s-\s\d+$)

Any idea?

you are right...and when I set the group to minimzed it automaticly detached the chat boxes when tables opened...what to do what to do

Thanks. I tried that but it still only likes the $ tables.
