Just fill in your screen name (the name you have at the pw365 table) and leave password blank then click login.
On the next screen you click “Start converting hands” and the converter should start picking up the hands from the folder where pw365 is saving them and convert and save them in the folder where pokertracker is looking for poker stars hands.
You can setup the paths to the folders by clicking the settings button.
