I recently got my whole Full Tilt hand history in one whole big text .txt file (don't know exactly which format I still have to look into it) but the whole file doesn't want to import in Free Poker DB v0.30.7 in one time, it does want to import 1 hand at a time however. The big file also starts with BEGIN and END and has some spaces beteween FullTiltPoker Game # and Seat and a space after the end of the hand after seat and then the new hand again. I need to have a program which splits this big file into seperates hands, if an editor could split it on the second blank space line, that would be great. Then I can try to import it however I and fpdb wants.

BTW someone could get there hand history too from full tilt poker from support and test this please, it only took me some time because they send it through email and first time I let it send it to my isp mail account which is only 50 MegaBytes total space and I received only the last part, the second time they send it to google mail in 2 parts. And it took them some time to actually get and send it.

I still use the standard database sqlite, i don't know if another parser/converter will be used if one switches databases ? Hmmm it btw looks like you need to read stuff again if one wants to do that. This file contains more then double that amount of hands
But which one is recommended MySQL or PostgreSQL, I got 8.4 and 9.1 already installed.
BTW even a small part of the file didn't want to import, I will try to import 2 hands at a time now.

Looks like the Original ft hand histories are a little different with the space:

- No space between Full Tilt Poker Game # and Seat 1: instead of 1 space
- 3 spaces at the end of the hand instead of 1 space

Downloaded version .39 and got this message after clicking Auto Import and HUD.. " Add Merge import directory ** ERROR DEFAULT PATH IN CONFIG DOES NOT EXIST **........................................"

Stats displayed wrong for tourney but cash game is fine for me. Try using set max seat and save hud position, works for me.

Do you know what is "set max seat" for and when do we have to use it?

It works, but when I moved to another table, the problem repeats itself. I hope the author will soon fix it forever.

Another question: Can I see some statistics on the players after the tournament? But I'm still only play freerolls. I tried to watch "Tourney graphs", "Tourney stats" and "Tourney viewer", I typed player's nickname and the date, but no results, although the size of the database is 423Mb.

I seem to be having trouble getting the program working. The first time I unzipped the 7z file and opened the batch file, the program worked, but I have had no such luck since the program froze and had to shut it down via task manager. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated as I am not a wiz on computers and can't seem to find any trouble shooting info.

would FPDB work on an Android tablet?

That would be sick, but don't think Python will run on Android....
Plus, don't think any mobile poker apps write HH's to the device.

Same problem and log here. Tried to configure Max Seats, Display Ring Game Stats to True but to no avail. Strangely enough it detects the tourney tables, the problem appears only in cash games. One thing I noticed in the log is that for cash games it logs: "database=None"
I use Holdem Manager 2 as well and it happens the same to it. Maybe is that Pacific Poker has changed something in their cash tables?

Another problem FPDB has is the SummaryHandConverter for Pacific Poker (don't know if it happens in other sites). Everytime FPDB tries to convert a Summary.txt file it hangs and I have to close it from the task manager. The tourney graphs aren't displayed right, I suppose it is derived from the problem importing summaries. The program imports the hands well and all the statistic appear with no problems but the HUD not.

Thanks to the developers for such a great tool and I hope they can fix these problems soon. Playing cash games without a functional HUD is not cool lol

Enet cash game import has been added to the upcoming version 0.4. Not sure about HUD

It would be a great thing if it was possible marking hands for later review. Also, I think some stats like Call a Raise and 4b aren't working (at least for pokerstars). Some more stats and a better and more user friendly interface would also be a good touch.

Once again if you wish, I can't try and help with the translation to portuguese or something else. I'm always ready to help good projects like these.
