Okay yep, did that, and I set the PartyPoker auto-import thing to "C:\Program Files\PartyGaming\PartyPoker\HandHistory\NAME", clicked start autoimport and clicked on autoimport and hud. The HUD appears, but I still can't see any stats.

The command screen types out "DEBUG: determineGameType<>: did not match" every time a hand finishes. What's the problem?

HUD is good news
Bad news. The converter isn't recognising the first couple of lines in the hand history to determine the gametype, hand history id etc.

Either Party has updated their hand history format or you are playing a game that has never been played/tested.

1) What game type are you playing?
2) I'd need a hh file to test locally
3) If you are using the .exe version, i can't fix until the next release.. which may be some time away.

BTW, to give you a starting position in either of the above posts, start with x + 275 y - 20 the minus 20 moves it into the header, handy, but out of the way. For me, using Windows Vista and the 0122 build, it was in the hud.py file as the above posts will explain

.exe version means you cant make source level fixes - which is what the HUD menu display thing would require.

Interesting 3/3 is the last update to the importer and it has come in fine for me, and the .exe release was from the 7th

When I filter the player stats for game type to (for example) only Razz does the displayed stats include Razz hands played at HORSE and 7 Game tables?

I think so - if horse isn't a gametype i'm going to say yes.

Don't worry, I got it to work ! HUD works well for me now, I think I put a wrong directory in before.

Now how could I modify the stats so that AF shows on the statistic box next to VPIP and PFR without me right clicking the box to check it?

All code for this is in the HUD_config.xml file; I use the stat "a_freq_123".

Here is my setup, using 3 columns and 3 rows, you can adapt this to your display (column and row numbers start from zero, not one, any mistakes here will probably cause the hud to display a lot of # signs):

Does it work on Titan poker?

Not yet. We don't have any hand histories to even attempt it. If you are willing to send some hand histories to a developer we can look at making it happen in future versions.

I don't know if anyone is working on the graph module, but there is a problem. I looked at the "guigraphviewer" ( and can't really read that stuff) but thought I noticed something missing.

The problem is... when I run a graph asking for Omaha only, it gives me Omaha and Holdem, regardless of the boxes checked. I tried it for various date ranges, it always gives me all the games. I even did player stat reports and the number of "hands" verified that it is combining all games, or at least Holdem and Omaha.

As I mentioned above, I saw NO reference in the above py file (if that's even the right one) that indicated that games are separated, even though the graph viewer screen gives us the option of checking or unchecking game boxes.

IF there is someone familiar with whatever the correct file is, can you confirm if that has been overlooked? It's not an urgent issue, so don't lose any sleep over it. But if you do fix it, I might throw in a date with my ex-wife... that's her picture I use for my avatar.

For quite some time the Games in the graph viewer were just an ornament, but Gerko/sqlcoder fixed that at the end of January. Dropping the latest Filters and GuiGraphViewer should sort that out. (May need SQL.py too)

Hi again, I have a new problem with the HUD lol.

Whenever I load it and the displays all pop up, my tables lag and freeze, so that I can't click on anything (fold/call etc) but I can still see the action and the number stats. The only way to make my tables run again so that I can actually play is to close the HUD. Now obviously I'd rather be able to play with the HUD on, so do any of you guys have a known solution to this problem?

Fist sorry for my english.Since 3 days i try to get this program to work but no success. The HUD isnt shown in the Poker room.

I have XP Prof SP3, installed and configured mysql-essential-5.0.67-win32, python-2.5 and python-2.6 too.

In log folder "fpdb errors" i get this msg "fpdb starting ...fpdb.exe:1058: GtkWarning: Could not find the icon '"%1"'. The 'hicolor' theme
was not found either, perhaps you need to install it."

I downloaded hicolor-icon-theme-0.12, but dont know what to do with it and i'm not sure if this will fix my problem.

Apologies if this has already been asked (flicked through the past three or so pages and didn't see), but is this thing compatible with rush poker HH's? I tried getting my copy of PT2 to work with them unsuccessfully, a free alternative would be somewhat useful (on win xp if relevant)

hello im on ubuntu and I just downloaded the tar.gz from sourceforge. on the wiki it says "If you download the .deb (and you should) you can just install it with apt or synaptic" where do i find the .deb (what is it called) and how exactly do i install it

How many tables are you playing? What have you got the hud display set too?

This might be a MSism with GTK - Dog, I think you were experiencing something similar?
I don't think the icon thing is a major issue - this log looks like you are up and running.

Are you able to import hand histories using the bulk import page?

I think the answer is yes, but the hud will lag behind by at least 1 table - which ofcourse isn't all that useful.

Bulk importing rush hands should be fine.

Download the deb, then: sudo dpkg -i filename

Should do the trick.

It is still happening about once a day in about 4 hrs of play. I hear the harddrive kick in and the program locks. Only way out is close and reopen. It's not a memory issue, I have 4gigs. Some days, doesn't do it. It's the ONLY program I have that does it. Can't see any pattern as to tables, players, names, etc... I live with it, and click "quit" in the task bar, and open again.

That looks like you are trying to start auto-import without configuring the correct directory to import from.

Main->Preferences
Supported Sites->Site name->HH_Path

Can you open bulk import (Import->Bulk Import) then select an exisitng hand history and try and import please?

cheers for that, will probably have a play with it later today. i didn't use a hud when i did have pokertracker working so that doesn't bother me, i'm more interested for tracking purposes
