HUD Free, open source poker tracking software: FPDB - (Version 0.40.5) - Nov 14, 2013 - Page 374 - Poker Software -- Two Plus Two Poker Forums

The client v0.41.0-rc8 continually closes the HUD in a tournament when the tables change.

Is there a cure for this?
I don't know if it happens on all rooms, since I use fpdb only on PokerStars for draw and stud games. It also happens on cash games if I close the table in the middle of a hand.

I am aware no HUDs are allowed on RIO, but a lot of people, me included, are looking for a software that allows us to analyze our downloaded hands...

Hello,
I used FPDB on OSX , I installed the last update for OSX Catalina . After that I see no HUD on the Pokerstar table's anymore. I can see that FPDB is running and import the hands that I playing but the HUD on the table's are gone.

Can anyone tell me what to do?
I already reinstalled FPDB version 0.41.0-rc8

Hello,
In the previous OSX version I had no problems and made all the setting in the config file. Bur after the update to Catalina I didn't chance anything in the config file

When I start fpdb I can see that it is connect to the DB and is running. But I see no HUD information by the tables.

I play on Pokerstarts with 9 Players
My layout settings are:
Max 9
Width 792
Height 546

Does anybody have it working on OSX 10.15.1 (Catalina) ???

I don't run this configuration myself, but I don't see why it shouldn't work. You may have to tweak things a bit for it to work well, since perhaps some of the required packages are not up-to-date, but it's worth a shot.

Hi all. With ps 40.5 works pretty fine, but in 888 i got a little problem, in 6 max my hud don't work for two OP players at me.

Sorry for my eng, i mean in 888 6m hud work, but only for 4 ppl. Not work for SM and BB if i on BO for example. Somebody know something?)

I think that i will code something in c# to convert the handhistories in the correct format and save them to a different folder while i'm playing. Then i will set this folder as the importfolder of fpdb and then it should work i guess.

I played few hands of this new 6 Card PLO on PokerStars and I have a problem with displaying the hands in FPDB v0.40.5
Autoimport seems to be importing the hands with no errors while I play.
Game is recognised by the software as 6_omahahi (I can see it in Configure/Preferences+fpdb+Games).
It's now also included in my config file like this:

But when i click on Cash/Graph or Cash/Results, there is no 6 Card Omaha tick box available to display the hands.

It's probably somewhere in: Configure/Preferences + Auxilary Windows / Stud Mucked or Mucked
Try playing around with Opacity and/or Timeout values by changing them to 0

(the release is for OSX, but it has a windows version).
With the wine... I found it a lot easier to save the hand history to a directory without spaces in names and point it there.

The Windows version is not as good as the Linux one, but it works

Using v0.41.0-rc8
Today the HUD would not stay on top of the tables when playing on PokerStars.

In the past, stopping PokerStars then restarting it worked well.

I'm not sure what's going on here, but this is pretty much a showstopper as far as the HUD goes.

Anyone have any ideas?

Hey all,

With Python 2 now officially at its end-of-life, I tried installing on Ubuntu 20.04, realized how much crap I'd have to install, and decided to work on a Python3 port.

It's still in a pre-beta state, but it loads, imports hand histories (from PokerStars, though I fixed obvious issues on all importers). Today I got the HUD working. Graphs partially work, and tournament summaries mostly work.

I'll keep working on this as long as it has interest, but pull requests are definitely welcome!

2. Everything is installed correctly and the HUD works for me.

3. Even though the stastistic windows shows me that tournaments hands have been imported i cant find a way to display them.

Any ideas ?

Everything works on MacBook Pro, except that the HUD doesn't appear. The HUD log shows messages like

parser INFO Stars.getTableTitleRe: table_name='Amaryllis IV' tournament='None' table_number='None'

parser INFO Stars.getTableTitleRe: returns: 'Amaryllis\ IV'

hud DEBUG Received hand nr 100

hud ERROR Can't find table "Amaryllis IV" with search string "Amaryllis\ IV"

Why are the tables not found?
