Problem with ignition on my hand histories as well..keeps just saying download requested

Mine does that too. They should be in the folder C:\Ignition\HandHistory\12345678 (where 12345678 is your account ID).

now I keep getting a connection cannot be established on this server at this time when I hit download all

I think this is fixed now, try updating and let me know if not working. The problem was that some hands were missing summary information and the converter was trying to read the board cards from the summary information which is why it was not listing the flop, turn or river on the converted hands.

IT WORKS!!! Thank you so much!

I was able to successfully install and use the converter but I keep getting errors on universal replayer saying "Unable to understand line" whenever I try to use the converted hands. HEM2/PT4 can't read any of the hands either. Any ideas?

Hello, I'm having trouble with step 4. I'm not sure if I'm incorrectly extracting the file, or what. I'm trying to shift right click on bovada hand history converter.zip within 7zip and my folders, as well as the python app.py in both locations, but I cant find the option to open in a command prompt window. Could you possibly help (I tried sending you a PM but it wouldn't let me). Thank you for making this by the way I appreciate it.

It's been a while since I've updated the converter so it might not work anymore.

Don't worry about shift right click (that is one way to do it, btw I think command prompt was replaced with power shell in that context menu).

Just open a command prompt (via windows search or start menu) and change directory (cd command) to the folder with app.py in it.

Ok I cloned github, downloaded the 2 py addons. Since I'm on windows and am brand new to python in general. How do I get this installed? I've gone through a dozen stackoverflow posts trying tons of tips, getting nowhere, cant run make.
