Has anyone tried this out?

I'm guessing I'm the only one who uses it. I have only used it on NLHE and PLO cash hands (only Bovada, I have not used it with Ignition hh yet). Let me know if you want help setting it up.

This is now working with Ignition hands. I have not tested it much though and have only tested with NLHE cash hands.

I got this to work for me BTW. Before using this FPDB had me registered at 5500 hands of Bovada/Ignition Zone. After running my hands through this converter I am now reading the more appropriate 40,000 for the past few months

First of all, as a software engineer myself too, really appreciate ur effort. Clear instruction and clean install. love it !! It seems like the latest ignition update totally ****ed up. Unable to convert any hands but i dont think is because the software is broken, it seems like the hand history from ignition is broken.

I have had some issues lately as well. I added a line to app.py to address some of those issues (it's something I should have had in there a long time ago but forgot to put in after the switch to Ignition). I will look into fixing some of the other problems also.

Right now I think its ignition that needs to fix the problem. I get the same hand over and over in my original downloads. So lame. Nice job with the software BTW.

The files are corrupt on Ignitions end. The most you can do now is wrote them and ask for the hand history problem to be fixed.

Same here. Ignition's hand histories have been corrupt for awhile now. I just tried to pull in 2 months worth and it failed. So I've pulled my bankroll off the site until they fix it.

I can't play on a site with no hand history. Their 7-day window was already an inconvenience, but having no hand history at all is just unacceptable for any on-line poker site.

I wrote support but got the usual reply:

*No ETA on when it will be fixed
*Told me I just have to keep downloading and checking if they are corrupt, they won't e-mail me when it's fixed
*Once the fix does arrive, they said that they will not send me the hand histories for the past 1+ month (unfortunately I didn't realize they were corrupt until I tried to import 2 months worth into poker tracker)

The 7-day window is frustrating, but delivering corrupt hand histories and not going back retroactively to get me uncorrupt hand histories is just not acceptable :-( Hate to air my complaints on this site but that's the only way to get action any more, air your dirty laundry in public so it shows up in google search results.

I have been a customer with Bovada for years before the switch from the Bovada poker room to ignition and I am very disappointed that the hand histories are not available for download anymore. When I go to download the hand histories the same hand is duplicated over and over numerous times.

Being able to download accurate hand histories is what the players are able to do to protect themselves from collusion or other suspicious activity at the tables.

What timeline can I expect for this problem be resolved?

Software update on Ignition tonight! Hand histories look good so far. Yay! No word on whether they will retroactively let us get more than 7 days... doubtful. (And annoying since they were serving corrupt hand histories for a couple of weeks)

If anybody would be willing to help me set up the FPDB and the Ignition hand history converter I'd be EXTREMELY thankful. I'll send a VERY modest btc transfer your way if you can get me running as well. I was able to get FPDB (played on SwC) to work on an older version of windows but I failed miserably trying to install it on this machine thats running windows 10.

I have successfully converted the Ignition HH's -> Poker Stars HH. I was wondering if there is a way to import them to HM2 instead of FPBD. When I try to import the files manually I get an error on every single hand. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I'm not sure why its not working. I haven't played on Ignition for a while so I haven't use the converter recently. I can't pm you so leave contact information in this thread if you want and I can take a look at what's going on.
