I tried to install the python and it says install complete but when i tried to test it out if it install correctly, it does not show the version no as per instruction.

MATT! You're a ****ing legend! You have saved me so much hassle trying to review ignition hands using DriveHUD. Other hand converters would not work!

I have been using this software with HEM2 and Ignition for a long time, with no issues. Today though it seems 3 files were not processing. I looked into my folder and 1 file was a dud, the other two files seem to be normal but it's saying it found 2 files, and had 2 file errors. The hands have not appeared in my database.

Earlier I had tried importing a different batch of hands and got some weird java exception error. Not sure if this is related.
