am i the only one having trouble using the newest versio 6.42?

It just doesn't open tables for me.
it goes to lobby, hilites a table, then minimizes everything

I'm noticing something a little different. Seems like when it starts up it reverses the table stakes and ends up opening the limits in reverse preferred order. If I catch it I just change the stakes column back and it seems to work ok except for the frequent table closing.

Does anyone know of a program that is similar to the terrific piece of software written by THE IRISH THUG that is functional for VEGASPOKER247.COM or other absolute skins? (if there are any others)

I changed the save folder in "preferences" so that datamined hands go to the same folder that poker tracker reads my own AP hand history. Poker tracker reads these files but doesn't import any hands. What am I doing wrong?

To people with v.624 issues, I was away the week you posted those questions and never saw them. I will look into it.

I'm not sure what could be causing this. Is Poker Tracker giving you any errors when it reads files that Absolute Solution saved to the Absolute Poker folder?

No errors. Simply says x amount of files read, no hands imported.

And you know that the hands from these files have never been imported before? Sounds like it might be a PT problem because I don't change the way the hand history is formated. The files should be imported just like normal Absolute hand histories.

One thought. If PT filters the files it looks at in the folder by filename, then the Absolute Solution files would not match the same naming pattern that Absolute Poker uses. Trying importing a fresh set of files from Absolute Solution, but have no other Absolute hand history files in the folder. See if the number of files read is correct for the number of Absolute Solution files you have in the folder. Just a guess.

I opened up the files to see what format they were in and they files are empty?

The plot thickens. I'll look into it when I get home.

Does this work for vegas poker? I cant get it to do anything?

It is designed only to work with Absolute Poker. The best I can do is say that you do not need to be logged in, or have an account at Absolute Poker for Absolute Solution to work with Absolute Poker. I don't presently have any plans to add support for other Absolute skins. If someone wants to take on the task of making the alterations, the source code is there and I will answer some questions.

I did some quick tests and it ran fine saving to the Absolute hand history folder and importing into PT. I'm not sure how you would get a blank file. Is the file completely empty, no nothing, or are there a bunch of lines that just happen to be blank? The file is not created until Absolute Solution goes to save a hand it has copied. If it was recognizing the hand, but failing to get the hand text, then you would have a file with lots of blank lines. However, I don't think that would be happening as that was the first functionality I wrote and haven't needed to touch it in a while. And I installed the newest version of Absolute tonight before I started testing, so it can't be that they changed something.

As for the table opening issue. I did a test to see that is happening. I will have to look into it to see why.

Thanks for taking the time to do that irish thug. I put absolute solution on this morning and let it run for a while and it appears to be working now. The only thing I can think of is that I was downloading alot of different programs yesterday and maybe something was conflicting with absolute solution. I have nothing else running with it at the moment. Thanks again.

Is there a way from keeping the AP screen from popping up every few minutes and blocking my screen? I know it has always done that and I guess it is supposed to do that but just checking to see if there is a way for it to do its job without the pop-ups.

As for VegasPoker27 its not working,

is there any possibility to run Absolute Poker (for datamining) and Vegaspoker27 (for playing) clients at the same time? I always get the error "Vegaspoker (or Absolute) already opened"

It wont even work in different user Accounts ;(

Anybody knows how to do it or at least is there a similar tool to datamine at VegasPoker?

Just trying this out for the first time...I notice that your program shows a 10/25NL game...but absolute doesn't spread that -- they have 10/20 and then 15/30NL...but neither of these levels is reflected in the Absolute Solution...does it need to have those levels added?

Or maybe Absolute DOES spread 10/20 and 10/25, just not at this time of day...? (regardless, there's definitely a 15/30NL game that Abs Solution doesn't have, so u might think about adding that level i guess)

I went through and updated the levels that are listed in Absolute Solution. It looks like they have one table for each level at all times and then add more as need, so the updated list should work.
