ver 1.4 loads stats but not the known cards, so Im using HEM replayer and Wiz at the same time as a temporary solution

I'm not still playing at ongame, but i'm trying to fix this issue. See 2 posts up. Using the HH you've sent and the latest SNG Wizard and wizhud, I see the known hole cards. Have you upgraded to the latest versions of all programs?

If so, please send through some more HHs and ill take another look.

Ive been using your program for a while now with no problems, i updated to the latest version if sng wizard & the hud stopped appearing! I then downloaded version 1.4 of your hud and still no luck, i think its to do with the sql connection, i tested before i downloaded the new version of the wiz hud and it said it was fine, but now when i click test connection nothing at all happens.

Not sure what to suggest other than go through the installation procedure (see the docs in the Help part of the menu). Check all your DB connections again, check the .conf file is set correctly, etc.

Hi hood!

I have some problems with wizhud.

When i try to pass from HM to sngwiz, clicking WIN+W, the hand is successfly loaded but no hud appears; I usually get an error message s "Max window number is 99. The current thread will exit.

Specifically: Default

Line# ---> 745: Gui,%seat%: Default"

I play on an Ipoker skin and all the options are well configured (the paths of the various items are ok and i verified the connection with "test connection" button).

Can you help me please? =)

You say you 'usually get the error message', does it sometimes, invariably, work? or do you sometimes get another message?

What type of SNG are you trying to load (6max, 9man, turbo, mtt etc)?

Yes, I tried to load an entire tournament and i got the same error

When wizhud is on, i get this error only the first time that i try lo load a hand, but the hud never appears

Just discovered a problem with the hand-sending shortcuts if you are running Holdem+Omaha manager. I will try and get a fix out asap.

Also I know of an issue with this for pokerstars.it hands. It's not a wizhud problem specifically, i think probably something to do with HEM not fully supporting multi currency yet. But it might be easy to fix in wizhud. I would appreciate a HH or two from pokerstars.it - please send to hood@sickread.com. Thanks!

I've release a new version that, amongst other small bug fixes, corrects the send2wiz hotkey under certain conditions, including HEM with the omaha addon, and ipoker hands.

Also I added the option to disable bubble messages for "loading hud" as requested.

I've recently added more details on the blog, including a paypal link for registering.

I've read through this thread and the website instructions and FAQ but I'm still stuck. When I test my connection, or try to use the hud, I get the following error prompt:

An error occured testing the connection:
An error occured in SQL execution: psql: FATAL: database "HoldemManager" does not exist.
The command and SQL query has been copied to the clipboard.
Please check your database settings in the options and try again

I'm using 64 bit Windows 7 on a Macbook if thats any help. Does anyone know what I could be doing wrong? Thanks

I know this is stating the obvious, but just to make sure: is the name of your holdem manager database called "HoldemManager"? This is the default, but maybe you've changed it. If you are unsure, look in the title bar of the HEM software itself; it says what database is in use.

If that doesn't solve it, as the error message suggests, more details have been copied to the clipboard. If you paste the contents of the clipboard here in the thread (or you can contact me directly via PM or via email - see on my blog), then perhaps it will shed more light on whats going wrong.

I have a problem importing hands to sng wizard, infact with ctrl+win+w it just import me one hand and not the all hands!? do you know why? and the hud does not appear! not even loading. the connection is ok.

Thanks for a nice program. The send to Wiz feature doesn't work when primary and secondary mouse buttons are switched. Could you fix that, please?

When you say the hud doesn't load, do you get an error message? Does the "loading hud" bubble pop up? The test connection says "success!" when you try it? Can you give any further details?

Hmm that's strange, the middle click is bound to "MButton", not sure why switching left and right buttons would change things. You can always use the keyboard hotkeys, do these work okay?

Keyboard shortcuts don't work either. The macro just scrolls down seven hands and opens the replayer.

Yes exactly, it sends just one hand not all the hands, I play on pokerstars.it, I use all these same programs in 2 computer, and I have no problem in my first computer. everything work.
About the hud, i have no messages, the connection work. I did exactly the same process which I use to install into my frist computer, so I don't understand why it does not work.

So on both computers, you have HEM installed twice, and all the hands imported in to both HEMs? Or is one accessing the other HEM across a network? Have you set the postgreSQL security configuration on both machines? Other than checking through the installation notes, I'm not sure what else to suggest.

A few posts up I was asking for pokerstars.it hands so I could test it. If you could send me a HH of a tournament I can take a look. Email is hood@sickread.com.
