I bought the software only because I saw the option "currency to BB with decimal 0" and I can't use it because each time that I click on TT play button it say: "Error TT had modified your graphics you must restart the WPN client"

I restarted it a lot of times and always the same error. I tried the stable version, the beta version, and too I tried with a new "re installation" deleting all my settings from AppData folder.

but still having the same problem. Why I have that message?



any help please? why I'm still watching the stacks as $ ??? and why I'm getting that error even without touch nothing on the program, just the first time that I used I received that error. I followed the Setup installation from the main page.

there was a software update today, i think i must have broken some functionality of TT

I'm having problems using Table Tamer on Ignition today. Its clicking timebank still, but not doing any other automation with bet sizing like it has been.

I figured I should maybe update, even though nothing in the update has to do with Ignition. Now a more troubling problem..

I go to update software, which redownloads the install, and I reinstall everything, open up Table Tamer and get the same notification that my software is outdated and needs updated. Makes no sense. Endless loop giving me the same software update.

Hoping this issue with Ignition is fixed soon, I really love this software and was about to subscribe when my trial ends in about a week.

WPN requires some setup.

That error message means you have to start TT before you start WPN. Also, WPN must be running as admin.

Are you on the trial right now? Currency to BB doesn't work in free mode.

You run TT and IPoker as admin? They both need to be. Please click the ? and send me your logs.

Here is the new microgaming release. A couple of bugs exist at the moment though.
- Using $ to BB, the timebank will show the wrong amount of time left.
- Sometimes the first hand at a table won't work.
- Auto time bank won't work on 5 man and 8 man tables and player panels will not be placed properly.
- Auto sit in doesn't work in SNG/MTT.
Let me know if you guys spot any others.

If there are known bugs why release it? My version 1.1.09 (not sure) is working like a charm on everything, only minor issues but I only play HU. I think I will remain in this version just because I only play in microgaming due to regulation purposes. I understand that other sites might not work properly.

Any known issues that would cause Merge to lag? Seems to work fine for 10-15 minutes, then making actions becomes very laggy and I need to restart table tamer.

Also, when I play Ignition and Merge at the same time, cpu usage for Tamer is 20%+, is that normal?

According to your logic, I should never release another version of TT again. I released it as a beta and explained the bugs. If someone wants to try it, they can. It's wonderful that you are happy with your setup. Don't update then. Also, are you implying TT doesn't work for other sites?

I haven't had anyone complain of Merge lagging. You can try deleting the hand history directories and then stopping and starting TT.

The CPU % shouldn't be anywhere neear that. Does the cpu jump that high if you open just 1 table of each? Can you click the ? in the main window and send me logs?

Which third party software do you use? Have you tried without it?

Right click on your desktop and open display settings. There should be an option to change the size of the text. If yours is higher than 100%, change it to 100 and apply the changes. Then, restart your PC. This process may vary slightly in versions of windows < 10. If you still have issues, I can do a remote session with you. I didn´t have any intention to offend your work mate. I guess you didn´t understand my though(s). It´s just... You know the bugs then you might want to fix them first before releasing a more stable version with less/unknown bugs to get a good feedback. Just a opinion, not trying to offend.

Not saying TT doesn´t work on other sites, you said TT wasn´t working properly on other sites due to the updates you did on the version I am using (1.0.9.0) and you had to remove those microgaming updates in the next version because of that (I´ve tried that version and microgaming wasn´t working like in the 1.0.9.0). Then I asked you where I can find the priviest versions to be able to play in microgaming again with TT, don´t know if you remember. My english is not a gem too.

I use table tamer with 888 and in winning network. With last one everything is ok, but when I use it with 888, about every one hour my 888 software suddenly stops working and I need to restart it, loosing lots of money on my tables. Without table tamer everything is ok.
E-mailing with Table Tamer support did not help me at all. They asked for the log file, I sent it 3 weeks ago and still have no respond. What to do, I do not know, the only idea - just stop paying for TT every month, because I loose much more money with it, that without it.
Did anyone had the problem with TT and 888?

I already had that on 100% so I didn't change nothing, too I discovered something interesting:

"If I open First the client WPN and then the TT I get this error"



What I do? close the client, close the TT and right there I open First TT and then the Client WPN but I still receiving the same error.

Solution? Restart my CPU and open first TT and then the Client.

Doing that I don't receive anymore that ERROR.

And I have all configured like you said and I still watching everything as $ (Except the BetBox where I can type my bets writing in BB buut not with decimal 0 I don't know if you had programmed the betbox from that way or it is a bug. I would like to type too my bets in BB with decimal 0 that would be awesome)

I apologize. We did in fact miss your email from 3 weeks ago. I responded to your latest email. Please read it and get back to me. Nobody has been reporting similar issues with 888.

I added you on skype. Honestly, I don't know why it isn't working for you. You can try adding exclusions for TT and WPN to your antivirus. Changing the versions isn't going to help. Message me on skype, and I will try to do a remote session to figure it out.

Is the table recognized? By default, there will be a colored border for the table if it is. Do hotkeys like fold, call, and raise work? Did you add IPoker Old Client in Settings/Site Setup?

I'm usually playing 12+ tables. Can your software assist with the following?

Session management
When I register for a tournament (or if I registered earlier and now it starts) the tournament lobby always pops up. Some sites also have dialoges like "You are registered", "moved to a new table" and similar which I have to click/close. I find those extremely annoying, because they also pops up when busting a tournament, or for some sites even when just being moved to a new table. When I'm playing on 5 different sites it can become really messy while at the same time being in 2 or 3 hands. Is it possible to auto-close all such popups, or use hot keys to quickly make it all disappear? As I understand it, this is separate to the actual table stacking/grid solution. Do I need separate software for this? I do however be able to manually open a tournament lobby and close it manually as well, at any time.

Table sizes and stacks
The default table size differs from site to site - is it possible to maintain the default size for tables (at least when they have been moved to an active slot?). I don't want any resizing of tables since it messes up my HUD.
Is it possible to have two stacks only, so that the idle stack is to the left, and tables requiring action is moved to (a stack) to the right? So that in total there are 2 slots and not 3+.

Updated to the latest beta version that has microgaming $$ to bb and my pc froze at least 3-4 times during few hour session. Reverted back to the stable version and no freezes occured. Not sure what caused it, but hoping for a quick fix as would love the microgaming $$ to bb function.
