I will be grinding ignition today to see if I can produce a crash. I can't rule out the problem being with the poker client at this time. If you search for the word 'crashes' in the zoo thread, it seems like other people are experiencing crashes recently, but they don't describe their PC setup, so I'm not sure if there is a common thread.

hey I am running the latest version but it didn't work correctly on other versions as well. I did the same as on the link and still getting an issue.

updated to latest version. i have experienced a few errors/inconveniences.

Merge: when stacking all tables in one pile, i am still getting the table issue with Merge. It seems much more rare than it was in the past but it is still getting "stuck." you have saw this in a previous screenshot. i have found a bit of a fix to the problem. I am still able to resize the faulty table, so i do that. After i do so, i will change my "layout mode" in TT from fill to stacking (it doesn't even matter what i change it to and from), but i do this while TT is still running and then the faulty table correctly resizes(to my one stack).

4 instances of my fold hotkey resulting in me calling, all of these instances were on True poker.

Last, i am still getting inconsistencies. Tables will pop perfectly for awhile and then suddenly they dont, resulting in me cycling to an active table, indicating an action, and then they seem to pop to front correctly again after i do that. But then the problem can arise again. often times the best solution again is to change the layout mode. this seems to "refresh" everything, u see the tables shuffle for instance and properly take their place. When i do this, tables pop to front properly for awhile.

i have had some misclicks though where i think i am about to act on a table only to have some table abruptly pop to front. i dont think this is happening because of any particular setting because it seems to happen no matter what settings i have enabled. so sometimes they pop prematurely and sometimes not at all. Tight on time now, i can tell you my settings later

Merge tables have been stealing focus from other site's tables. I just started playing on Carbon poker so not sure if this is a new issue.

Please do the following. Turn on Settings/Misc/Debug and reproduce the error a couple times. Then, send me logs by clicking the ? in the main window.

Make sure you have switch active tables off in wpn and the equivalent turned off in merge. Try playing without your HUD. See if it still happens. You can also try disabling the overlay in TT (settings/overlay/misc/disable overlay - requires stopping and starting TT again). Also, you can send me your settings by clicking the ? in the main window and clicking send logs.

I was looking on the TT website to make sure I set up Merge correctly but don't see a setup guide for Merge.

It is a PT4 bug. It happens without TT running also. If the table changes to urgent when the fold, call, and raise buttons are visible and downgrades to none when they aren't, Merge is working correctly.

ill try to use an usb numpad to play. the upper keys to hotkeys like numlock / * - etc but, is TT can handle them separately from the main keyboard? i mean if use usb numpads back key for 81% bet i dont want it to do with my keyboards back key the same. for example if i chat until the game it would be annoying. if it cant handle what do you recommend do i use macro software or something like this? thanks

There is no way for TT to tell the difference. The computer will recognize it as the same key, and that is what is reported to TT. I'm not really sure how you could handle this, unless the usb numpad allows you reprogram it.

I have users on both sites. What isn't working on PS? You want to make sure you have the correct theme added in TT, and make sure the log files path is correct in Settings/Site Setup.

That's strange. Can you please send me your logs so I can see what settings you are using? Click the ? in the main window to send them. Have you tried restarting the PC?

Is there a specific theme I should be using? I chose Black which is what I am using at the tables on PS.

Hello, i've already posted my problem here about a week ago and sent to you my logs but for some reason i still didn't receive the answer, so i'm doing it again.
Predefined bets doesn't work on postflop at ipoker new client(but works on preflop). Betsize hotkeys on postflop also work wrong and tries to bet smaller or bigger. All the setup settings are correct and i run the latest version. Other poker rooms like partypoker and wpn are working correctly.
I've already sent my logs to you again and will be happy to get the answer at last.

No, there is no specific theme you have to use, just one that is supported by TT. Please read my previous post about the status. Also, what features are you trying to use that aren't working? Knowing that info, I can troubleshoot the problem better.

I didn't forget about you, and I'm sorry that I haven't gotten back to you sooner, but I don't have an update at this time. The only things I can recommend now is to increase the game state delay in settings/misc (if you haven't already).

still am getting tables to stop popping to front when stacking Carbon and WPN in one slot. Merge table issue still happening as well(not sizing properly which leads to it timing out).

i have turned off "fold is check" when possible as recommended and have not had any hotkey errors as a result of that. But i do like that feature enabled(ACR)
