Can anyone who is having betting problems on Ignition please answer these questions for me? You can PM me if you don't want to share the info in the forums.

Can you please explain the betting issues that are affecting you?
Do you use Ignition Card Catcher? If you play without ICC, do you have the same issues?
Do you use PT4, HEM2, or HI?
Are you playing cash, zone, sng, or mtt?

To help me identify the issue, please do the following.
Turn on Settings/Program/Debug and Debug 2. Reproduce the betting issues. Press Ctrl + Shift + F12. This will mark where the problem occurred in the logs. Click the ? to send logs. It helps to have a description of the bugs in the logs. The logs get overwritten eventually so send it right away, and send multiple times if you want.

If that is too complicated, please send logs anyways, so I can use your settings when testing.

Preflop it will make it way to large or minraise. Post flop it does some random sizing for all bet sizes.

I have drivehud open but this occurred before I started using it. Some times it's just one table that does this and the other three tables work fine.


Are you playing cash, zone, sng, or mtt?
I play cash reg tables and zone.

I'll send the logs when it occurs again. Sometimes I can close the table and start a new one. Other times it doesn't work even if I restart my computer.

just started to try out the trial for bodog/ignition and it looks fantastic except its very confusing and few things seem to work properly. Theres a red box outline appearing when I play/make actions thats offcenter to the table and wont go away. I also tried chips to BB and it doesnt seem to work at all.

Im trying to do just a couple settings that I want at a time before getting into the entirety of the settings but it I cant seem to find any help or solutions for the few things that ive tried. Is there someone who would help me set all this up on skype efficiently or anything? a help guide specifically for ignition maybe?

The red border being out of alignment is due to scaling on your monitors. Try setting them to the same scaling (100% or 125%).

Then, restart your PC for the effects to take.
Chips to BB doesn't work on Ignition.

I do sometimes set it up for people, but I have to charge a kind of high hourly because it takes away from the time I have to actually work out problems that arise when sites update. My skype is pokecancer if you want to talk to me about it. Most setups do only take an hour or so though.

I was able to get the display BB on tournaments working for Ignition but it seemed to cause pretty bad lag. Would more RAM in my PC help this?

What am i doing wrong? Basically i want like 33%, 40%, 60% showing where if i click on it, i can bet that amount. I would move it right to where my bet keys are etc

When you say lag, what exactly was slow? I don't like to recommend people spend money on their PC to use my program, but if your PC is out of date or doesn't have much ram, it may help. Does the lag only start after you add the player panels? If you delete them, there is no lag?

The new update broke pretty much all functionality. It is going to be a little bit before everything is working again. For now, you can use a simplified version of the site.

1) Go to settings/site setup and delete ipoker.
2) Right click this link and download it.

3) In settings/site setup, click the down facing arrow to import the xml. Find the file you just downloaded and select it.
4) You will be prompted on how to setup the fold button color.

Most functions won't work though. Tiling and basic hotkeys such as fold, call, and raise work.

You must have added global poker or another browser based site to tt as a custom site. By default, TT uses the forward slash in the poker table's title to identify it. Since a website title could have a slash in it, tt would recognize it as a table. Go to Settings/Site Setup/Global/Edit Site/Advanced. Change the table regex to a unique word from the titles of the games you play. I don't have global open to check this, but if the unique wording was No Limit. You would put that as the regex instead. Then, restart TT.

For the text item, is the text set to 33%? It appears blank or you set it to 1. I can't tell. Make sure there is not another panel covering the panel. All new panels will spawn in the top left of the window and can be moved by using right click.

If you can't figure it out, you can send me your settings by clicking the ? in the main window and hitting send logs. I will tell you what's wrong.

You need to click start or use the autostart option in Settings/Program.

Hi there i got it to show up now.

I also want to do a few other things.

Example i want to have my BB shown in say big bold red on the top left corner. How do i do this? I assume its in HUD. But could you make this look very big in big font and say different color or not?


Table Panel Item would be text and item type would be BB? I want this because i want to know how much bb i have in big bold number on say the top left corner of each table.

What would i type in text though for that?

The other thing is i want to have pot odds shown to me in decimals and percentage? Like okay im getting 3:1 so 25% pot odds. I see it in the item type and you could choose that and the calculate as percent. So i do that in different lines. But what do you put in name, panel type and on click? I assume panel type is table and on click is none. But what about name? Is it something like for the pot odds percentage, % in place of new panel> But what about pot odds? That would be none?

Also when i have say 30% pot bet, 40% and lot of other bet hotkeys i want shown on the screen

text then when you click on item type, it would be 2, round value to decimal place you make it 0-2 based on my preference. But for mtt/sng, do most ppl do 0 or 2?/ And for the text, it shows 30% right?


The thing that confuses me is why is there a new line option on the table panel items? Im confused what that would be used for? I assume maybe for pot odds and pot odds percentage like something very similar? Thus you can't do this with say 30%, 40% on the same table panel item on the right?

In hindsight it may have been Ignition causing the lag problems- not TT. I will research more on this but I have has pretty good functionality for the last 48 hours. Regarding RAM, my PC is middle-of-the-road quality but fairly new (bought less than a year ago at Best Buy for about $600 HP). But it is still not as fast as I would like. I just would like to make it faster in general.

The name is only for your own reference. It can be anything. For the click type, you would leave it as none.

I'm not sure what most people use. It would vary by user of course. It's just whatever you like. The new line option literally makes a new line. So you can have multiple items on one line of the panel, and then you can have more items on the next line. Each panel doesn't have to be only one item. It can be several items, usually separated by text items.

Some extra RAM can't hurt. You will have to a bit of research to find out which ram your PC supports though. If you don't have a SSD, I would recommend getting one, it will make everything much snappier. You would have to install windows and your tracker on that hard drive though to see the benefits.

Is there a way to have notes on players like a circle over the players name to note them tight, loose and color code them?


On the table, i could right click and put a note but even if i put a color on them, well its a very tiny color note. Also is there a way to find out what location is someone is from at the table?


About the bet sizing with the hotkeys with the add new line. So say you have several hotkey bet sizes you want such as 30%, 40%, 50% etc. Could you put them all in one line by itself? For example for every bet size like 30%, 40% etc, i typed each one individually. Then i would line them up etc. I also i could not say type all of them in say one table panel where i type 30% 40% 50% right? Or you could so when you click on the 30, it hits 30 percent and vice versa or it does not work that way and you have to do one for every single hotkey. I did each one separately and it work. The only thing is you have to allign them straight etc.

For that, you would need separate panels and to align them manually.

For the city/country, the same thing i confused here. So with wpn, i could only view someones city? So what goes on the same thing as i mentioned before?




Also for the hotkeys, on tableoptimizer on stars, whenever an action is on me, its already automatically set to the bet box on the table. Imagine it was folded to me preflop or its on me postflop, i would have a bet size set already. Buf if i want to change the bet size, i don't have to move my mouse exactly to the bet box. Its already highlighted already. Thus if i want to bet that amount, i press bet or the hotkey to bet. Is there an option for this on TT? Thus it requires me to double click to highlight it... i want it where the moment the action is on that table, i could just change the bet size from say 125 chips to say 150 etc.

I had it on automatically set the bet size. I assume its 2nd option? Because if it is, then does that mean no bet size is set automatically? Thus imagine at the level, i want to 2.2x preflop. Its folded to me, and TT sets it to 2.2x and i could just hotkey bet to bet the 2.2x. However, i want to type out 250 if say its 50/100. Thus it set it at 220, i want to just move my mouse at bet box and type in 250. Or like when its postflop, i have it to show preset bet size of 52% pot. But now i want to make it 60% but i do it manually such as i want to move the 520 to 600. If its already in the bet box, then i just type 600. So is there this option on TT?
