needs one, I can't get scroll to change bet to work which slows down my multi blitz considerably, I already could never get auto fill preflop bet to work

Yeah I’ve used this product for a very long time and I’ve never actually seen this type of thing from the company before. The guy who runs it seems like a really good person, hopefully he can turn it around and deliver the kind of product/service we’ve all grown accustomed to again.

I second this! I guessed that there has to be health issues or something we are not aware of. Glad to see that it is being worked on!

Pretty much the opposite experience that I have had over my 4 years using the program. Going awol is nothing new, however the extremity of time is. We deserve a better update than that for the lack of communication as this affects livelihoods.

Like Thrash said, this has been an ongoing problem for years. While right now wait times for fixes and lack of communication is at an all-time high, this is not a new issue for Table Tamer. Depending on the sites/features you use, maybe you've went relatively unscathed during TT's existence. And well, that's fine, but that's you individually.

I'm sure we can all agree TT is an amazing product. However we are not just paying for a product, we are paying for support of it as well. When you have this type of business model and have MAJOR fixes that need to be done, you damn well should be held accountable if you're not providing support. Your customers are still paying.

If life throws you a curveball, you adjust and figure it out. Totally fair to be critical at this point; it hasn't only been a few days since these wait times got like this. He's clearly able to code and make business decisions.

Gonna agree with Thrash and Afterlyfe here. While I do like TT overall, the lack of timely updates and stability (playing on WPN) has made me decide to stop paying for it, and I was a paying customer for 3 years. Yeah, I'm not as efficient, but at least I'm not making errors because of the program bugging out occasionally.

Ignition not working for me. I have reconfigured.

I just started using it this week with Ignition and getting a ton of bugs. It was stable for the first day, but now sometimes after it rearranges tables it will stop working on a table, although it will still do the random timing when I click. But it won't enter bet sizing preflop which is the only thing I had it doing, and even worse, sometimes it WILL enter totally random bet sizes on its own on other tables, when I have postflop bet sizing unchecked entirely. I only accidentally confirmed one because I wasn't expecting it but it made me bet like 3x pot on flop, and then it was doing it at random other times so I stopped using it.

I dunno if anyone has any suggestions, I already restarted both the poker client and table tamer and even restarted my computer.

I primarily used this for entering my preflop bet size to 2.5x so I could 4-5 table zoom quickly but that function doesn't work on ACR at all for me and gives me the bug you are describing where it totally enters a random bet size. Multiple times I've like opened to $67 dollars or something crazy playing 200nl lol

For the meantime I highlight the number in the bet box and double or triple click and then it will let me type in without "mistyping".

I feel you, in tournament I raise try to raise 2.2BB it went to 22 instead..

I play on ignition and have had some bet box glitch issues. I've found disabling or enabling send bets to num box will sometimes fix that. I imagine you've looked into that but I know its easy for me to miss stuff with my poker softwares.
