Don't know if you missed this sik but could you send me a cleaner to see if TB is the reason for my clients freezing and shutting down or even help since you program?

Every time it happens I get empty folders placed in my recycle bin named things like tempo_22036?

I also have problems with TB after last update on FTP. It starts and stops randomly during session. Everything worked well before update. I also send an email and get no answer from you.
Please fix this asap.

Cleaner sent. Can you send a message through the Help tab too, please. We need to capture these errors in the logs.

I don't appear to have any emails about FTP. Which email did you send to? Can you send a new message through "Help" in TB, so I can get your logs?

I just tried it. With fear and apprehension, knowing by experience than trying your software means loosing money and tilting. And unfortunately i was not disappointed.
It is still freezing when a stop is reached, so i lost another bunch of money thanks to your software today, all the money i had invested in pots when then freeze happened.
Just to let you know so that you can realize how horrible testing your crappy software is, your software froze my computer on this river :

And i also had a nut flush draw on a smaller pot on another table.
I am a customer, not a beta tester. I don't understand how you can keep releasing updates saying issues are fixed when they obviously are not.

The problem is we can't recreate this on our own individual machines, so we have no real way of knowing if it's fixed or not without someone who has this issue testing it out. I will make sure to ask that any one who has this issue please test at micro stakes first before continuing.

We have another idea of what is causing this, it will just be very hard to capture without someone with this issue running tests for us...

What about microgaming?

Also... can you add an option to skip an update (like in HM2). Everytime there is new update - we MUST update it. In HM2 we see only what is fixed in the new update and we can choose to update or to skip it. Example: If the update is for FTP, and we play in microgaming - we can skip it. This way we can use and old (not lastest) version of the TB that still works in our site.

Damn I am sorry it just happened again so slightly tilted I removed TB from my machine before coming here.

I am pretty confident that it is TB though because I had been putting off the latest update and then when I eventually did the update about 10 days ago it started happening

I've sended several emails to the support adress and used the in-tiltbreaker help report function as well but didnt receive any reaction for almost 10 days now.

I can't open pokerstars.eu when I have Tilt Breaker installed. I already emailed the HPK files to the support email adress.

Hi,

no answer from support via software for several weeks. My Tiltbreaker doesn't automatically check SONBB anche close table anymore when I hit one of my rules.

I have locked the wrong time, preventing me from playing, because of the time shift to my country.

I would set up, not playing from: 0:00 - 08:00 am
but now I am blocked from: 02:00 am - 10:00 am (my time)

Can you please support me to change this locked setting?
By the way, I am not on tilt

I'm also having problem with poker client (FTP) freezing when I reach treshold. I restart client, but I can't open tables althought I still have time to "finish the hands".

Yes, I received both of your logs and have forwarded them to the Dev. Hopefully he'll have a new fix for both sites this week.

These "freezing" issues have been a huge pain this past year. I don't know what change caused them....
