I downloaded and installed and added my PT3 database.

I get 3 errors when I click scan tables:

1. Error injecting in target: Exception has been thrown by the targen of an incovation.
2. Try resetting your FTP Lobby Widgets to Default! The Player List and Open Table/Join Waitinglist but...
3. You may also need the Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 SP1 Registributable Package! Check the download..

ok now i know the fish setting isnt working for me cause i still get 0 fish. I personally found some1 who would fit the criteria and he doesnt come up. ive yet to get 1 fish listed and i changed the settings to make it easier.

I'm using HEM btw and the vpip etc seem to work fine.

If you're using PT3, the best solution would be to go into your PT3 database management and update the player cache, then re-enable the option in TableScan. That will make the database results instant, otherwise it's making your database do a lot of work to add the hands together for each player. If you don't restart your computer often it also might be worthwhile to try restarting your postgresql service (start > program files> postgresql > stop service then start)

It's an option at Configure > Fish Definitions in the "Settings" called "Minimum # of Hands required", by default it's set to 200, I think I should lower that to 100

This option is available, at Configure > List Filters > Tables List > Add New Filter
In the new table filter add a stat for "# of Shortstacks" from 0 to X and save the filter. Then any tables that have more shortstacks will be filtered out of the list

For the fish definitions, as stated above there is a default minimum 200 hands required for fish

Yes, you can press the space bar and it will use your "Double click action" in Configure > Shortcuts

I'm guessing possibly the player you found had less than 200 hands, and that is why they weren't counted. Feel free to add me on AIM/MSN/ICQ/Skype and I can check it out on teamviewer if you think there's a problem

Try this: Close FTP & TableScan. Open FTP, and login, and click the "Customize" button at the bottom right of the lobby. Choose "Reset to default". Then run TableScan and try to scan it again. If that doesn't fix it, here is a link to the vc2008 package, make sure to restart your computer after installing

I tried everything you said and I still am getting all the error messages.

Although, it was working yesterday for a bit.....but it didnt link my PT3 stats to the players and didnt recognize any players I have lots of stats on....


Right now, I cant get tablescan to work at all.

I'm still having a problem where after a few scans it will start only scanning 80 tables or so, then treat it as if it were a complete scan.

For now I just quit and restart the program.

It seems that the program automatically turns off clear type. Is there anyway to prevent this from happening?

TST now shows all players from iPoker having 0 hands. Stars, FTP and Party work fine.

When I scan Stars and there is a Stars pro on the table I can't open the table via Table Scan... I have to go to the lobby and manually open the table... Is there a fix for this?

It's all based on the speed that your poker lobby loads the player list after a table is selected. PokerStars is definitely slower than FTP for me. The question is, if you scrolled through the stars lobby with the keyboard, does the player list on the right update much faster than TableScan is reading them in on Selection Speed > "Fastest"?

That is a bug caused by a small change HM made in their database recently, it is fixed in the next version, check back tonight

suggestion: being able to filter among the fish only. I want the full stacks to be on top/bottom etc. I hate having to decide which fish I am going to play. I.e. a fish with 20bb's is not worth sitting at the table imo. But if I find that a fish has 100 bbs or gone deeper....I want to be there first.

is there a minimize to tray (ie: instead of minimize to taskbar) option?

Ok, that is a good suggestion, I will have to get it in the next version, for now there are a few things you can try
- Set a minimum # of BB required for fish
- Sort your player list by Fish Icon, but go in Configure > Advanced > Sorting and set your Secondary Sort column to "Chips" descending. This way you can sort the fish to the top of the list, but they will then be sorted by their stack size
- Creating a player filter for VPIP will filter in most of the fish. For example, if you are using the default fish definitions and playing 6max you could create a filter for VPIP > 36 and that would filter in all the fish except flounder

a list of ALL buddies in TST-file (regardless of online or not) with stats from the HM/PT3-database. i would like to look over this list once every 14 days to check if all my buddies really are all still super-bad players or if some of them have stopped to spew away tons of money and need to have to buddy-label removed.

i have over 10000 hands of him in my database. is the ' maybe a problem?


his real name is "MrKGBoreomat", but the name gets shortened in the lobby, since it is too long. and the recognized false name with "..." in it has obviously 0 hands. there probably is no easy fix for this, but please keep this in mind.

Color coding Chips (# of BBs) does not seem to be working for 5/10 NL games?! Everybody has the same color (the one for 80+ big blinds).
EDIT: Also some problems at 2/4 NL with this. I think it's still in chips and not in # of BBs.
