After upgrading to 0.42 my TST doesn't recognize tables I'm on:
- scanning "My Open Tables" (and not using any filters) doesn't show anything
- scanning all tables doesn't mark tables I'm on

Not sure if it's because of 0.42 upgrade or PS upgrade - I've been playing SNGs for the last two weeks and I launched TST today first time after the break.

does this software does datamining? or it just displays info on players that I already have a history with?

every time (and I mean EVERY TIME) I close this while FTP is open, FTP crashes.

Thanks for pointing that out, looks like they made a change to their tables window title, in the stake it now says "USD", thats an easy fix. I'm gonna release a small update tomorrow or friday that will include a fix for this

Sorry, it doesn't do datamining, and won't, because datamining is not allowed on some sites.

Alright, is this something that was caused by the latest update? Or its always been that way? I will try to look in to this, see if theres anything I can improve, for me if I close tablescan in the middle of a scan then it will crash about 75% of the time, so if I can fix that then it will probably fix your issue as well. But otherwise if I'm not scanning it never crashes. If you can please send me a message on AIM/MSN we can get on teamviewer and try to reproduce it/see if there's any specific usage i'm not doing thats causing it

FT crashes only - but 100% - when i close TST in the middle of a scan.

crashes for me even when not scanning.

Also, you can't color code Regulars at the moment. When I select "# of Regulars" in the "Color Profiles" window it seems to show the same colors that I use for Fish (and Buddies, I use the same there so it might be either). I can't edit these or it will popup an error report window.

Feature suggestion:

For scoring, add a "Clone Rule" feature. That way you could easily make two similar, but slightly different rules by only editing the altered criteria in the cloned rule.

Also, I hope you implement a way to sort the rules. My set of rules is just a mess! Maybe add an option to "tag" rules so you can put several rules that kind of fit together into a context and sort by that. Like "groups" of scoring rules...

And can you please make the default window size for "Scoring" larger? Like twice the size or something.

Don't know if this bug has been reported yet: when closing TableScan with FTP tables open, it causes the FTP client to crash. I play on Stars and FTP at the same time; when I'm done scanning for the session, whenever I close the software, FTP shuts down (I get a Windows error message), but Stars is fine.

can you make some examples what rules did you make?
Also, the TST screenshot over there looks very different from mine, is this because I updated the version only and I did not do a clean re-install?

Regarding different look: Check out the "Appearance" tab in "Advanced Settings". You probably use different settings there. Also, I deactivated some of the columns before I made the screenshot so as not to distract from what I wanted to show.

Examples for scoring rules... Just a bunch of player rules based on different VPIP and PFR ranges, stack sizes, number of hands. It's semi-detailed so it's like 20 rules or so at the moment.

Don't worry, I haven't forgotten I also started to add a feature that will give your open/waitlisted tables that do not filter a different highlight color, I will get this finished next week

I opened Tablescan Turbo just now and Kaspersky automatically quarantined it with the following information:

Is this something to do with connecting to a server to find an update?

Someone emailed me about this yesterday, and I emailed kapersky the software and talked to one of their tech support people.. it should be sorted out by next week I would think. Tablescan connects once to my website on startup to read an xml file and check for an update, otherwise there is no internet usage whatsoever, this can be easily verified with a network monitoring program. Maybe it doesn't like that its injecting a dll in FTP, or there's some p/invoke it doesn't like, I don't know. AFAIK there is not a single other antivirus tool that has any issue with Tablescan, because it is in fact completely harmless

I love the software but one thing that has been happening to me is that i can join waiting list right from the table scan program but then after i play a hand i can no longer and have to open table click join waiting list and then close. This is with FTP by the way.

My main suggestion would be to make sure you have all the FTP widgets in their default location. Also, if you are using vista, and running tablescan as admin, you may also want to run FTP as admin. Otherwise, send me a message on AIM/MSN and I can look at it on teamviewer

It might also be like a wierd bug with your FTP client? You could test this by just manually clicking the join waitinglist button in the lobby, then open a table and play a hand, then go back to the lobby and try to click the join waitinglist button on another table, and see if it works

Ok next session ill experiment with the widgits that could be it i guess, and im on windows xp. I do move my widgets after i play so it makes sense. But I wanted to complement you on the program it saves me at least 30 mins of table selection and looking for tables w/out a ton of short stacks. Great Work
