Any imminent improvement to stop that waitlist window sticking at ipoker? It is happening very frequently for me now and is a little frustrating.

TST has started to show Merge/Carbon Fast tables as 'unknown' in the HUD. They are working fine in the TST window.

Is there any way to stop the ipoker lobby taking focus everytime a scan is started? This doesn't happen when the party lobby is scanning. The problem is if you have a single monitor the ipoker lobby pops up in front of all my tables and is obviously a bit of a problem. When i play at home i have multiple displays so it's not an issue but on my laptop it is.

Scanning shouldn't cause the lobby to steal any focus from any other windows as far as I know, maybe you could show me what you mean on teamviewer

I'm having issues on Stars were the cards dissappear, the menu buttons go blank and the tables become uninteractable and eventually each table window goes completly black and uncloseable whilst play continues.

My internet is fine and Stars can't help me til I prove it;s their software and not any 3rd party software. The problem happens once every 8hours so the prospect of playing up to several days with no HUD, table scanner or hotkeys horrifies me.

Is there anyway I can test to see if Table scan trubo is the cause of this? Have you heard of any other cases of this? In your opinion what software is most likely to cause this problem and what should I do? I'm running Table scan Turbo/Table Ninja/HEM1/itunes/skype/Stars.

Also any chance of adding a feature which automtaically accepts or declines waitlists based on how many tables we have open? It's pretty much the only reason I bought tableninja if TsT had this I'd have no need for it.

I don't think I've ever heard of that before, so probably not connected to TST. One thing you could try to test is in Configure > Settings > Sites, try turning on/off Use No-OCR method and then try Use Only-OCR method and see if there's any differences there. You could also try turning off the TST HUD or switch the "Mode" in the hud configure > appearance tab

Yes that's something I would like to add, I have also been considering and started doing a little work on possibly reading the tablename from the waitlist popup which could be used to then rescan the table to see if it still meets the filters before deciding whether or not to accept it (that feature would probably be just for stars initially)

on Will Hill, some players keep appearing in the scan list, even though they are no longer there. I click "scan table" again for just that tables, and one or more of the players is not correct. This problem occurs for only a small percentage of tables. Is there a way to do a "clean" rescan?

Try the option in Configure > Settings > Sites > iPoker settings > Always wait for each table's playerlist to get updated, let me know if that helps

This is looking like a TsT issue I've gone a few days with all my software running bar TsT and I've no had a crash. However not using table scan turbo sucks.

Pokerstars is telling me their user.ini file is corrupted both before and after I delete/recreate it, could TsT possibly be corrupting it or interacting badly with it?

I haven't tried all your suggestions yet and intend to do so, a solution prior to then would be good though as I got unlucky with when it happened last time and lost a fair bit of money.

Well if that's the case that's the first I've ever heard of it No TableScan does not use or interact with user.ini in any way. Also it's important to know when you go in TableScan to Configure > Settings > Sites > PokerStars, is anything checked? Because there are 3 very different scanning methods available, almost like running 3 different programs. If nothing is checked then you are using the default "hybrid" method, otherwise you could be using the No-OCR method or the Only-OCR method. My guess would be if TST was actually causing it somehow that you would be using the No-OCR method, because I have observed rarely someone will have a strange problem with that method but not like what you're describing

I've tried the hybrid scanning and the No OCR method. I still got crashes with both. I'll try disabling the hud and the only OCR method next.

Scanner isn't working now. I had the hybrid mode running. But of the 98 players 97 of them are the same player.

Looking for someone that helps me configure my TST.

I play multiple sites with HM2 and placemint. You should be more familiar with the program then a regular user as I will most likely have some odd questions and problems.

Willing to pay $30/hour, hope 1-2 hours is enough time.

Not scanning at all now. I've changed nothing since the last scan. All settings are the same as what I've used successfully for over a year on TsT prior to the recent problems.

That error indicates that a file is missing, perhaps it has been quarantined by an antivirus or something like that. Could you also add me on skype (info above) and I can help figure out what's happening

We went on teamviewer and it was working fine for him, I assume he had restarted his computer. If you're having this same problem it might be worthwhile to try reinstalling TST, no need to uninstall just run the installer and install it to the same location. I can take a look on teamviewer as well if you want

I have a little problem with tablescanner. When it scans more than one software, it changes the fonts in windows. It happened with party and stars, and also with party and 888. This also happened to some friends of mine, when scanning more than 1 software.
Any ideea what happens?

It's not connected with scanning multiple sites, it's just certain sites when TST scans it needs to turn off ClearType in Windows which produces that effect you describe. For PokerStars it turns off cleartype by default but you can turn it off if you use the "No-OCR method" at Configure > Settings > Sites > PokerStars. For 888 there's no option like that currently but I have been meaning to add it maybe in the next update

There's a new feature I added in v1.0.5 for this which was not working properly, I have fixed it in the next update which I'll release tomorrow (or you can try it here now). It does allow you to do this, in a roundabout way. The way it works is it will give you a popup asking which lobby you want to scan. Whichever lobby you choose, that instance of TST gets locked to that lobby for the rest of the time that both of those two instances of TST/PS are open.

So, if you then run a second instance of TST, you can choose the other instance of PokerStars and scan both instances of PokerStars by using 2 instances of TST.

If you do this there's 2 important things to be aware of:

1) If you run 2 instances of TST it's recommended to put each instance in it's own folder so that changes to the configuration files are properly saved

2) When scanning 2 instances of pokerstars, one instance of TST must be using the "Only-OCR method" at configure > settings > sites, you should use it for the PokerStars.fr instance since they do not allow non-english characters in playernames it will work well. The reason for this is I have not been able to get it to work when using the default method of dll injection on both sites, despite trying a lot of things

1.0.6 doesn't scan for Full Tilt. Did "Reset to default" thing, doesn't help. It stucks on the first table.

Is there any additional information you may need to identify the problem?
