Any idea on when you can get TN to automatically close finished SNGs? I noticed it doesnt auto-register SNGs like the PokerStars client but how hard would it be to have it automatically click the "Yes, Register For a Similiar SNG" button then close the window so it would register for a new one every time you busted?

Or even have it automically select "No" and close the window? When stacking I finding getting that damn popup extremely obnoxious

I just hit ESCAPE to get rid of that popup. I also have the checkbox checked to close the tournament window.
When I want to register for a new one I just hit ENTER.
How could Ninja help here if you still want to retain the ability to choose whether you want to register a new one or not?

when cascading/stacking the table that shows the popup usually gets lost somewhere in that stack, so hitting enter/esc will do nothing (besides betting/raising min on a table that pops up).

I want to apologize for the slow response, we just put out a major update to the PokerStars version of TableNinja so I have been frantically working on that all day.

The good news is that now that the Stars update is done we have slotted out some exclusive time to work on TNFT.

I think a simple pop handling way to repeatedly open SnGs when you best ought to be quite doable, I'll definitely investigate this and thanks for the suggestion.

Dealing with the focus stealing issue that some users are experiencing is definitely going to be our top priority so I'm hopeful that this will be resolved within a few weeks. The issue is proving to be very complex and the behavior varies system to system, in fact things that solve the problem on some systems can cause the same problem to occur on other systems that were never experiencing the problem originally so I don't want to make any promises yet but I can assure you that we're working on it.

First, I am a PokerShortcuts user but will switch over to TNFT as soon as you get mod cards to work...that I like. I would like to support nanochip with his program, but since it will now be open source and it appears to be abandoned, the next FTP client upgrade may kill that method of automating multi-tabling. So I will switch (w/ $$$) to your program soon, I expect. Gogogogogogogogo.

Second, as to the above quotation...... Nanochip has a nice feature on his site which allows downloads of older revisions. His program now is onto rev 34 I think. I have tried all of them, but keep reverting to rev 26 as it works best FOR ME. So for the quote above... a similar option for TN would be a nice option.

Thanks for your support and I'm glad to hear you're going to give TNFT a try.

We've actually never had anyone request making the old versions available before so I haven't thought about what the would involve. It actually might be a bit tricky because of our versioning andautomatic update notification system, but I'll definitely look into it.

Is there any particular reason I can't assign the number keys in TabninjaFT.

In tableninja I've assigned the number keys 1-4 (The ones at the top of the keyboard, not the numpad) as fixed bets.

I'd like to use the same keys in tableninjaFT but it gives me an error message saying I can't assign number keys : "Hotkeys cannot involve the period or numbers that are not from the numpad".

On Stars we can enter the bet amount in a special way that by-passes the hotkeys.

On FT we were having problems where on some machines the way we enter your bet amount for the default bet would also cause a hotkey to fire. For example if 9 was a hotkey and the default bet was $9 when the $9 bet was entered the 9 hotkey would fire.

This could even lead to infinite feedback loops where 9 is assigned to a hotkey that bets 9 dollars.

Hopefully we will come up with a fix for this in the future but for the time being we decided to restrict the hotkeys a person can assign to avoid numbers.

We have a new version of TableNinjaFT that we are currently testing before we release it to the public.

We believe it has a fix for the focus stealing problem some of you were experiencing before. The new version should fix things for most people (or maybe for everyone). If you have experienced the focus stealing bug we'd really appreciate it if you would help us test the new version and let us know if the fix works for you.

You can do this by joining our TableNinjaFT beta testing group. Joining the beta testing group is a great way to get early access to all the new features and to play an active roll in TableNinjaFT's development.

I am having some problems w/ the "fold to any" I have that set to F11 and then have f11 set to the back button on my logitech mx revolution. If I press the back button BEFORE the action is on me it works nicely. However, if the action is on me and any of the buttons pop up (check, fold, raise) then clicking the back button doesn't fold my hand. In fact nothing happens.

I have classic mode, no mods; midnight background and WinXP

Also I have check/fold set to the letter f and that doesn't work either

The AA check fold hotkey and the AA Fold to Any hotkey will only work for regular folding on your turn if you are playing in the Table Under Mouse mode with the NoOverlap or tiled table layout, or if you are using the Manually Cycled/Clicked Table Control mode.

This is to prevent misclicks that occur when a table pops up in front of the table you were about to fold in advance at. This is explained in detail in our faq here.

I am using table under mouse and overlapping. So you're saying that if I want it to work correctly I have to select nooverlapping?

also I'm using beta 1.0.7.0. Is that the latest version?

Correct, if you want it to work that way you need to use no-overlapping.

There is a test version out right now (version 1.0.10.0) but version 1.0.7.0 is the latest version that is available to the public currently..

We could still use a bit more feedback on this version. So far everyone who tested it and responded to me has said that it fixes the problem of FT tables stealing keyboard input from other applications when tables pop up.

If we can get a few more positive reports we'll release version 1.0.10.0 as the new production version of TableNinjaFT

do you think there will be something like a "TableNinja Plus" that works with PokerStars and Full Tilt simultaneously somewhere down the line?

Also, you said you will be spending more time working on TableNinjaFT.
Could you maybe give us a list of features that you have lined up for future releases and a general time frame?

I think a TableNinja Plus is definitely a possibility in the future.

I can't really give you a schedule like that because we are going to be adding features a few at a time and then picking what to work on next based on feedback from our testers and the 2p2 community.

I'd say at the moment high on our list are PLO support, auto-seating/auto-buy in for cash games, and handling the tournament registration pop-up but depending on the feedback we get that may change.

Thanks for the continued work to make this better. I don't use TNFT yet because:

(1) I like my custom cards. Nothing special and fairly bland 4 color,,,but no white area where needed.

(2) I REALLY need this to work one feature that PokerShortcuts (FTS also) has and that would be a auto-home position for the mouse. When a table on the grid becomes Pending, the mouse needs to move to a specific assignable spot. Last time I looked, you were going to see if you could make this happen. I like to set this to exactly between the call and raise button. Along with a side button for folds, my wrist movement during play is substantially reduced.

Some of the other issues are minor for me, and as I do with PokerShortcuts now,,, I could manage without. But Shortcuts is my game because of the above missing options. BUT SERIOUSLY looking forward to using TNFT in the future as I feel it will be my best option once Shortcuts struggles with a new FTP revision.
