Hmm, this is very bizarre. I cannot reproduce this on my machine and I cannot imagine what could be causing this. What OS are you using? And what Windows Theme?

Unfortunately for whatever reason Stars pops up new tables twice when tournaments first begin. Right now the only solution is to use the "Cycle to First in Line" hotkey when this occurs. We are working on a solution that might be better, but it is a very difficult problem to try and stop new tables from popping up while still allowing all you existing tables to pop up as they should.

Do you have "User Account Control" turned off? For some reason, in Windows 7 it must be turned completely off for us to control the mouse.

I'm really sorry that your having trouble with the update, we didn't have any problems of this kind among our testing group so I am not sure what could be happening.

Can you give me any more details on the crashes, (what were you doing, are you running any AHK scripts, what other poker programs are you running, does it happen at a particular time, etc)?

We have several hundred people using the new version now and you are the first to report this so I suspect it must be some conflict on your system. I use Vista 64 on my home machine so I'm sure that's not the problem.

Hey guys love the program but I just got the new version and i'm having problems.

I play 45 mans which only have one queue and now its like the sit and go sensei is trying to register over and over again for the same tourney and while it does that i can't act on the tables i have open.

How can I make it so it only attempts to register for the tourney one time? Is this possible or should i just reinstall the older version?

How about adding a few canned chat hot keys. When a donkey sucks out I want to complement him on his play. Some hot keys with canned chat would be nice.

A special "BING BLANG BLAOW" hot key that would slowly play out the rhyme line by line would also be nice for those special occasions when you want to give your opponent a little extra something.

If you bought on march 3rd you have the 1 year deal. We added the lifetime version by popular demand in june. There is an "lifetime renewal" option in the "Renewals" section of our store that will upgrade you to the lifetime version if you so wish.

No really. Adding 4 canned chat hot keys should be a walk in the park, right?

BING BLANG BLAOW might be a bit much but a simple user defined message (e.g. "well played sir") assigned to F10 or something should be simple enough.

We've actually talked about adding chat hotkeys, its just hasn't made its way to the top of the priority list yet.

I do run AHK scripts. I shut them down and rebooted, making sure they were shut down before I ran Tableninja + Pokerstars, no luck. I also shut down "FreeSnap", an app I was using to move the pokerstars windows around before this new version of Tableninja came out. That didn't work either. I even tried shutting down my logitech joystick program. That didn't work either.

It's very frustrating, the window moves to it's pre-designated area with no problem. But when I hit the same hotkey to move it back to the middle, it moves it, then instantly takes me back to the last window I was in (Whether it was Pokertracker3, Pokerstars Lobby, Windows Media player, Windows explorer, etc.). Whatever program I used last gets brought to the foreground and it seems to instantly hotkey something into that window. On stars, it makes the Lobby change the tab I was looking at, on pokertracker, it makes it change the person's stats I was looking at. It's very strange.

Since the recent 1.1.19 update TableNinja has been repeatedly crashing for me playing MTT SNGs on Stars. I never had any problem before this update...

What really sucks about it is that when it restarts, Sit n Go Sensei has forgotten all the information on your session...

Consequently, starting a new session usually means you end up with too many tables, which I guess you can control with some manual tracking, but that's hard when playing 12 tables...

Can you email me your TNConfigAutoLoad file and TableNinja log file at support@alxsoftware.com. Honestly, I have no idea how what your describing could happen, but there may be some information in the logs that could help us figure this out.

You're the second person to describe this problem so we definitely want to get things fixed but so far we have very little to go on as to figuring out what causes the crash. Have you noticed any pattern (it always crashes right when you do X or when Y happens?).

We do plan to add slick theme support, but currently we have no plans to support the black theme. You can add a custom black background to the hypersimple theme if you like and TableNinja will still work.

o no this is unfortunate... i mean i would be ok with the hypersimple theme if not the cards always are shown above my avatar, which takes a lot os space.
this is only in heads up. in fr its ok, the cards are positioned ON the avatars not above them. But since i only play hu this is really unfortunate.
All the same with classic design.

If you set TableNinja to the "classic theme" and actually use the PokerStars "No Images theme" this should free up a lot of space and do what you want.

Hi. why so many attempts to reg in the sng opener? it seems like windows close and open more times than neccesary. i try table sorting nothing chagnes... the reason it bothers me is the opening / closing of a new window is going to steal focus from the bet box numbers if ur typing into them. or is that just for me?

I am finding it impossible to use the "Set Table Aside" function. I cannot effectively resize the TN window that pops up (that a targeted table will match the location/size of) to configure the aside location. Will this be fixed soon? Is anyone else having this issue?

This is an issue we are working on a fix for. We hope to have it resolved soon. I'm really sorry for the inconvenience.

I've never heard of the issue your describing. We do stop you from making the TableNinja Set Table Aside Sample Size and Location window a size that is smaller than the minimum Stars table size or bigger than the maximum but other than that you should be able to size it however you like.

What exactly happens when you try and drag the corner of the window?

I am having a pretty big problem with the latest version (never occured on other versions)

- I use Vista 64 and Pokertracker 3 with HUD

- 24 tabling Stars Turbos til I play about 100 this happens about 1 time per 100.

- I will not push anything and the tables will start appearing at the frontmost window and auto folding and it does this for about 3-5 tables and then just stops and starts working normally.

- It only has happened with folding, it has never called or raised bets like this.

- I think it is happening right after I fold at a different table although I am not sure about this.

This causes a big string of autofold misclicks that I have never experienced on previous versions.

Ill email you a log/config but I dont feel comfortable playing like this, am I the only one this is happening to?

We had one other user have this problem in march when he was using a gamepad and using Stars hotkeys alongside TableNinja who had a problem like this.

Can you email me your log/config and also let me know if your using a belkin gamepad and are running Stars hotkeys?

Edit: We also had one user report a similar problem with an Xbox controller. Also, did this ever occur over the last view weeks as you've been testing the new version (since you received it early)

Okay yes I am using an Xbox360 Controller and I do use stars Hotkeys but I only use one hotkey on it and it is the 'ACtivate Next Table' hotkey that I use with 'Up' instead of cycle tables backward because TableNinja alone cannot cycle properly for me (the 2 table loop) and cyclying is a huge part for me because I stack/maximize.

But oh yea back to my setup, 360 controller > Pinnacle Game Profiler (mapping) > Table Ninja w/ SHK for one scroll and PTracker for HUD.

Oh and I unfortunately didn't get a chance to test the latest alpha much at all with some nonpoker things going on, so I can't say for sure, but I know this has never happened to me before and Ive been using this setup for a while.

And yea a link to the last version with the best functioning SNG regger would be great.

We'll try and figure this out, I'm not familar with Pinnacle so I will do some research In the mean time, here is the old version:

Alright, I read through all the posts since the update, and the website, I've been on vaca for two weeks so sorry if this has been answered numerous times and I just cant find it, but what exactly does the sorting optimization do?
