EDIT: I just opened a $10.80 DON Turbo and everything is working for me. I'm not sure what the problem could be.

10.80s are non turbos fwiw. Im running 10.40 turbos, and turned on frames and still nothing. It's so weird cause it literally just worked for the $1, and the sng opener worked as well, but as soon as I got into a session everything stopped working.

The exact titles are simply "Tournament xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Table 1 - Blindsxxx/xxx - Logged in as xxxxxxxxxxxxx"

EDIT: Just went back to try with a $1 again and now its not working. The lobby things still work like auto handling registration when I just click register.

I just figured out the problem.

The new tournament titles change depending on the size of the window. When the title gets to long (eg when antes kick in) PokerStars cuts out the entire first part of the window title. If you expand your window you should see "10.40 NL Hold'em" appear at the start of the window title.

So just making your windows bigger and everything will work.

I guess we'll have to put out another fix.

I'm really sorry, I figured the window titles wouldn't change based on how big the window is so I didn't test at small window sizes.

For the mean time if you play with small window sizes I recommend reverting PS. I'm not sure this is an issue we can work out quickly. Honestly this may be incredibly difficult to fix, if Stars stops displaying the blinds in the tournament window title for very small windows.

hi Tarath, great work man. One question, how can I distinguis between the 18,27,45 man SnG in TN search?

FML, thanks, I have to have my windows take up over 1/2 my screen a piece for it to read it.

If you're playing turbos they appear in the lobby as "$12 NL Hold'em [turbo - 45 players] " and you can just type 45 players into the search box.

If you're playing non-turbos (which it sounds like you are) that appear in the lobby as "Hold'em NL $50+5" unfortunately right now there is no way to distinguish between these.

We hope to eventually support this in a future update, but we realized adding tools to handle this particular case would be a great deal of extra work and we didn't want to hold up the release of the entire sit-n-go opener for it.

Currently there are 2 tricky special cases where the Stars search simply doesn't allow you to filter for the tournament type you wish to play and this is one of them.

Its possible that if people email stars asking for them to add a list of checkboxes to the SnG filter for the total # of players that they might do so.

For the time being theres nothing you can do, I'm sorry.

We're working on this right now and we may actually be okay. Stars did some very wacky stuff to have the window titles truncate in an unusual depending on the window size but we will likely have a fix for this within a day or two.

You could try stacking, thats the best suggestion I have in the mean time (if you decide to stack make sure and switch to the Table In Foreground control mode)

Tarath, great release. The sng opener worked like a charm and I love the ability to set my preset bets based on the blind level.

A couple things I noticed. It opened one extra game at the beginning of my set. I had it set to govern at 20 and before I had busted any games I had 21 games running.

Half way through my set I thought I would change the number of games I wanted to play before quitting and as soon as I modified that field the whole session cancelled. I'm sure this is as designed but it would be nice to be able to modify the current ending setting whether it be the time or the max games during a set.

I'll throw this out there as I'm not sure others would agree with this suggestion. Instead of keeping 24 games going and adding as soon as I bust one I like the number to drop to 18 then add 6 more. If tableninja could wait to start up the registration until a a min number of tables is reached (versus the timer) then I could accomplish this. This way I have waves of games that are in similar blind structures versus having them all spread out.

Something that would be nice to add are the stats for the current set that is being run. (1st, 2nds, 3rds, 4ths, etc.) would be good. or just total $ in / out.

Oh, and the auto-addon for MTT rebuys doesn't seem to work

SNG opener is great, I noticed once I got to around 11-12 tables it became scechty I had to close it at 20 tables and everything was fine. I am going to try another session and rebooting my comp, but is there any other trick or anyone else have this prob

Depending on your OS settings it could make a difference having TN open in the foreground versus being minimized to the system tray. If you have an old system with < 2 gig of memory that could be an issue. I'm guessing that having 50000 files in your stars handhistory location might cause some delays as well, not sure.

I do stack, but only in the upper left 1/4 of my screen, I then have an AHK that can move the tables out of the stacks to the other 3 1/4s so I can follow action if need be.

Reverting back is working for now, and if you manage to get it fixed I will be fine and dandy.

Glad you like the update . This PokerStars update coming out hours after our update has me a bit frazzled so some positive feedback is great appreciated.

TableNinja can occasionally go one game over your limit when the timing works out such that 2 tournaments end up being registered for simultaneously. Basically if you try to register for a tournaments and stars reacts slowly tableninja will think nothing happend and try and register for another and then you can end up registered for both before TableNinja has a chance to detect either registration occurring.

You can decrease the odds of this happening by increasing your Scroll wait under the advanced settings but this will decrease the speed at which you are registered normally...

I think your idea of having TN wait to add more tables until you fall below a specified number is awesome. It also should be pretty easy for us to code which makes it doubly awesome. Thanks for the suggestion

Unforuntately keeping stats on the current session would be a pretty major undertaking even for a pure database program like HEM this is a challenging problem where HEM simply cannot do it for many types of SnGS.

Clearing out your HH directory a bit is definitely a good suggestion. You can also try setting the process priority on TableNinja and or PokerStars to high.

To do this, open the task manager, go to processes, then right click on the tableninja or pokerstars process and choose set priority and choose high.

Great update, really like the waitlist feature.

The problem w/ providing a great program like this is the more you give people the more they want. That said, I am eagerly awaiting the next update w/ a hotkey to move tables in & out of the stack!

It appears that PokerStars just released a third update today that undid all of the earlier changes to the tournament window titles so everything should work completely smoothly again if you just update Stars.

hi Tarath, just playing with the new update now. Tried the SNG opener on a set of my regular games, and asked it to keep 6 open for a total of 18 tournies, however the moment I hit start it immediately registered me for 7 games. I tried to unregister 1 game, but each time it just loaded up another one. I did this before reading about not minimising the lobby - would this be why that happened?

Glad you like the update , we haven't sat down and planned out the next one yet but I expect that the move table in/out of stack will be one of the top priorities.

This is very odd. Is it possible that you opened one table before the SnG opener started (TableNinja only counts tournaments that it registered you for). Also did the currently registered number in TableNinja say 7 or did you see that you have 7 tables open?

Its definitely possible that minimizing the lobby caused a sit-n-go to not get counted. However I would definitely like to look into this more. The sit-n-go opener is new so its certainly possible that there are some strange issues that we haven't worked out yet, but this really surprises me because in our testing we occasionally had TableNinja register for one or two to few tournaments but never for to many.

Anyways if you can answer the questions above hopefully I can help sort things out.

No, I had only just booted into Windows so this was effectively my first session and I made a point of doing everything through TN in order to test it.

It was both. Actually, I heard the confirmation "ding" from a successful registration 7 times, then went to double check my settings in the SNG opener to confirm I had set it to 6. At this point I noticed "Currently Registered:" was reading 7, so I unregistered 1 of the tournies manually. A couple of seconds later, it re-registered me for my second 7th tourny.

Maybe it's just me, but hopefully this info could help iron out any potential hidden issues. If you want to to provide you with any more info plz just ask.

Could you email me with your TableNinja log file and your TNConfigAutoLoad file (both are in your TableNinja install directory) at support@alxsoftware.com. I will take an in-depth look at this and hopefully figure things out.

First you have to upload the image somewhere like flickr. Then you can click the little image button at the top of the 2p2 post editor and it will ask you for a URL and just enter the URL from flickr.

Are you sure you installed the latest PokerStars update (they released 3 updates today). I think with the newest PokerStars update the Never sit out is working properly, I cannot seem to reproduce the problem.

Ty for the auto accept waitlist seat. Can you go a little further and have an option to sit out when the seat is taken. I had problems today while i was sitting out at all my tables a seat gets accepted and I auto post at a fast table while i was away from the PC.

Also would it be possible to assign a hotkey to request a default custom layout?
