Do you have User Account Control turned off (if not try turning it off).

Are you using the Aero theme (if not try using it and make sure to set TableNinja to use the Aero theme on the setup tab).

I'm not as experienced troubleshooting with Windows 7 but in the past most people have been helped by one of the two suggestions above. Let me know how it goes,

TY Tarath. It was the UAC. Win7 has settings for "degress" of UAC (like high, med, low). I had it on low and TN + HEM HUD wasn't working.

I turned UAC completely off and everything is working fine now.

We've released a new major update to TableNinja which you can download from our website at http://tableninja.com/downloads.php.

We've put a ton of hard work into this update and we really think you guys are going to love it. The update includes tons of new features, most notably a sit-n-go opener, automatic waitlist handling, and blind dependent betting. Please understand that the Sit-n-Go opener is currently in beta testing and that we are putting it out there to gather your feedback and improve it. We know its not perfect but we want to get a lot of feedback from the community and add onto the basic feature set we've provided with your help and input.

Then Sit-n-Go opener is a bit complex and takes some getting used to so we've made a short demo video to help you guys get a feel for exactly how the TableNinja Sit-n-Go opener works and how to configure it optimally. You can check out the video on youtube here. At the time I am posting this youtube still hasn't processed this video, but we didn't want to delay to release of this update just to wait on youtube. If the video doesn't work right away please check back in a few hours.

I know we didn't get to all of the feature requests. We added as many of the features and fixes you guys requested as we could, we also fixed several bugs.. We focused on bug fixes and features that a lot of people asked for. If a feature you've requested is not in this update don't worry, we didn't ignore it, we just didn't have time to get to it quite yet.

I am getting a lot of emails because the pop-up notifying everyone that an update is available also has a box where you can enter your purchase code. We realize this is confusing and it is fixed in the new version.

Please just ignore the purchase code box, this is just part of the update notification. As long as the program says TableNinja (Full Version) in the title bar of the program everything is still fully unlocked. This message will go away as soon as you update to the latest version.

I tested the waitlist handler, it works great

had a few suggestions though:

When u are ending the session and maximum number of tables is set to 24 it will keep joining tables. disabling wailist handler solves this problem but i still want the waitlist handler to click "no".

some more suggestions:
- Unjoin all waitlist hotkey
- Join all waitlist for filtered stakes
- Leave your stars nick for donations

does the filter in Pokerstars pop-up everytime TN registers to a game ? It does happen to me, but wondering if it has something to with my set up or if I am missing something..!

tryin the sng opener, rly excited bout the update, btw, i think i tutorial video is down on the TN website for sng opener.

Since i updated it, it stopped to work with SNGs. It somehow still works with cash games though.. anything i can do?

sng betting used to work before ur sng update. now the betting doesn't work, TN doesn't recognize the 16 turbos (maybe more, i dunno, that's all i play)

i'm reverting to the old version until this gets sorted out. sick table opener though...

hm the old version isn't working either. there was a pokerstars update this morning when i logged in...

From what I have seen Table ninja is not recognizing any turbo configuration. What's crazy is I have gotten so used to the TN

How long does this usually take to fix?

Bad timing on the Stars update as it updated the titles again making table identification fail in Ninja... last time this happened it only took a couple hours for them to fix.

You guys might be able to roll back the stars update. Copy the files and folders from: C:\Program Files\PokerStars\backup\ and paste them one level up in C:\Program Files\PokerStars\. You will want to make sure to run pokerstars.exe after rolling back the update. i suggest having 2 desktop shortcuts for pokerstars - one that updates, and one that doesn't. I only run pokerstarsupdate.exe every couple of weeks, to avoid problems with 3rd party apps and the stars updates (and to not have to reinstall my custom chips/cards every day).

We've released a new version of TableNinja to handle today's PokerStars update, version 1.1.2.0. You can download it from our site here: http://tableninja.com/downloads.php

This is a temporary fix that will work on the vast majority of tournament types (but not all). Any tournament with Hold'em/Omaha in the title and either No Limit, Fixed Limit, Pot Limit, FL, PL or NL should work properly eg "$1.10 PL Omaha [Double or Nothing -turbo]" will work. The only tournaments that won't work are tournaments with titles that reveal nothing about the game type, for example "Sunday Million: $39 turbo sat [6max]".

Keep in mind that as fozzy suggested you can always revert PokerStars until we have a complete fix.

We hope to have a fix that will work with all tournament types within a few days. Thanks for your patience and let me know if you have any problems,

If you close the filter TN will reopen it. However, I would recommend just dragging both the filter and the Stars lobby off your screen. They do not need to be visible (just unminimized) for everything to run, so once you've tested things and know everything is working smoothly, just drag the filter (and the lobby if you like) off one side of your screen and let things run.

The reason TN leaves the filter open is that closing the filter and reopening it brings the main lobby to the foreground which a lot of our testers found annoying. By leaving the filter open all the time we allow you to just drag the filter to the side and ignore it and the lobby doesn't have to pop up nearly as often.

You're definitely right that we should come up with a nice way to end your session and not have the waitlist handler start accepting seats every time you close a table. I am not sure what the best way to handle this is, I will have to think on it.

I think an Unjoin all waitlists hotkey definitely should be possible and is a great idea, for the join all waitlists hotkey I will have to email stars and inquire if they are OK with this. I always try to ask permission for anything that might in some way be used to datamine.

There's definitely no need to donate any money (although I really appreciate the sentiment ). You paid for TableNinja and if you feel like you got a bargain that's fine by us. We have been getting a fair number of emails from people who would like to contribute a little extra to help our cause, so we have added a "Lifetime free updates" option to our buy now page. If you really love the program and plan to keep using it once your year of free updates expires this is a great way to get a good price on lifetime free updates. It also gives us more resources right now to pour into TableNinja so if you love the program and plan to use it for the long term its a great way to help us out.



Thanks its really encouraging to get feedback like this after we've been putting in a lot of long hours.

The SnG video was finished last night but unfortunately youtube has taken over 7 hours to process the video so the link to it on our site is still not working. We didn't want to hold up the whole release just because youtube is slow, but unfortunately the video won't be available until youtube decides to process it.

This could be a few minutes or many hours.

I'm really sorry about this, its frustrating. The video is definitely the best way to learn to use the SnG opener and I really wish you guys had access to it right now.

Trying to type this while in a set

I dl'd the fix, tested it on a $1 tourney and hot keys worked. sng sensie thing worked loading 15 $10 dons, but now the hot keys arnt for the $10s. What did I do wrong.
