We actually NEVER change the order of your tables, except when you use a Cycle hotkey or use the "Bring to forground" option with Table Under Mouse.

If the problem is only happening when you run TableNinja then this is a bug I have never seen before and I would definitely like to check it out. If the problem is only occuring when you run TableNinja can you email me with your Table Ninja log file and your TNConfigAutoLoad file (both are located in your TableNinja install directory) and I will take a look and do my best to help.

Thanks!

Tarath
Hi, I have table in foreground checked and am not using any cycle hotkey, i'l try it out without ninja running and get back to you. Thanx

Can you set your language in PokerStars to English and see if that fixes the problem? You can set the language under "Languages" on the main lobby.

I believe the issue is your decimal separator. TableNinja supports foreign number formats and foreign versions of windows but PokerStars itself must be set to English for non-tournament play.

Thanks

I'm most definitely purchasing this when the Beta runs out but I'm wondering about separate licenses for two different computers. Or, will one license work for both my desktop and laptop?

Thanks.

One license entitles you to two purchase codes so you just need to purchase TableNinja once and you can use it on both your computers.

When you purchase, your first code will be sent to you automatically. To get your second code, just send me an email at support@alxsoftware.com from the email address you purchased from and I will be happy to send you a second code.

Thanks!

I've got the same problem since I updated to the the latest version. I'm using XP though.

The most likely causes of that are

1) Your system clock is set incorrectly
2) Your behind a firewall and blocking TableNinja

Our servers not down so things should be working. If you continue to have trouble go ahead and email me your log file (from your TableNinja install directory) at support@alxsoftware.com and I'll take a look.

Thanks

I have the same problem. Log says it is ERROR 120988491, description says (502) Invalid Gateway (it actually says this in Russian so I may incorrectly translated that)

It's a shame that people can't be bothered to use the 'search this thread' link at the top of every page. It would save Tarath some time if he wasn't repeatedly answering the same basic FAQs.

Hi, im wondering if this would be possible to get into the TN software.

Im playing stacked tables - and im using a great script where i can move a table with alot of action i want to use some extra time on, out of the stack. This is done by clicking on a hotkey.
When the action is done on that table wich now is out of the stack, i can simply use the same hotkey, and the table goes back into the stack.

The most important ablity for this script is the reversed ability - that by clicking on a hotkey it will reset the table you have moved away from the stack back into the stack. Its so great.

Below is a link to the little AHK script im reffering to, and i was hoping something simular would be implanted into the TN software, so more people could enjoy this great ability.

Here is also a link where Quetzo plays 40 tables stacked, with more or less the same type of script.

We've gotten a few reports of this, and are looking into it, I still am not sure what the cause is.

The user you were quoting who had this problem just had his firewall blocking TableNinja. Did you verify your system time and that you are not using a firewall that is preventing TableNinj a from connecting?

If you've check both of those things and the problem remains email me at support@alxsoftware.com with your TableNinja log file (located in your TableNinja install directory) and I will be happy to help you out.

I was going to ask about this! I stack in my top left corner so i have 3 open corners left, when i move a table out of the stack i use the arrow key's to determine which corner the table will go. This way i can take 3 tables's out which i have action on and place them "top right","bottom left" and "bottom right". Then use the up arrow key to put them back in the stack.

The script im reffering to does that, but it do it automaticly to a slot wich are open. Is "top right" is open, it goes there. If not, it goes automaticly to for example "bottom left". if all slots are full it goes ontop of the table already in "top right" (for example)

Much easier to just use 1 single hotkey for all those different "buttons/arrow-keys" u mentioned.

I downloaded table ninja today and I love it!

It seems to have everything I wanted: I can bind actions and easily switch between tables, the auto preflop raise based on no. of limpers is a great feature - now I should have no troubles with switching into 8tables.

Thanks! It's definitely worth 25 bucks even for some micro stakes grinder like me

Tarath,

when i am closing a table in pokerstars, it asks "are you sure?"

is there an option somewhere to auto click "OK"?

thank you

Unfortunately not yet. I've added handling that pop-up to our list. We have also improved the "close table" hotkey (which already handles this pop-up automatically) so that hopefully when the next version comes out you can simply use that hotkey whenever you want to close a table.

Currently the close table hotkey does not protect you from the target table suddenly switching right before you hit the hotkey which can lead to mistakes where you accidently close the wrong table if it suddenly becomes your turn at a different table. This will be fixed in the next update.

btw...don't know if this info helps you out or not..but i had a kind of annoying lag with your program when i bought it a few months ago so i switched back to the normal scripts...since your new update, things are lightening fast and i'm back to using your program.

i'd also like to suggest with your "Smart Big Blind Sitout" that when the popup for slow tables comes up, it auto clicks "Sit Out"

thanks!

Just bought the program. I have only been using it for a week or so, but I cannot imagine life without TN.

A couple of suggestions/ideas:

---When cascading it is difficult to take notes because Stars steals focus away from the chat/note box when a table requires action. Would it be possible to bind a key to automatically put the cursor back into the chat/note box of last table it was in? I realize that suggestion is a little out there, but I thought I would toss it out anyways.

---Recently I was tracking down some colluders and wanted to open one of their tables to see if the other colluder was indeed at the same table(he was). I opened their table without realizing that I had autobuy-in selected and I accidentally sat at that table. It made me realize that having an option to only autobuy-in at a certain limit or two would be a useful option. I can also see scenarios where someone wants to rail a higher stake game but does not want to accidentally buy in for all or larger percentage of roll.

---Could we get an option to auto click "wait for BB" on non-fast tables?

---Could we get an option for the scroll wheel to adjust the bet size in both directions? Meaning that up scroll would increase the size of the bet by whatever the pre-determined increment is under one option. Under the other option, the up scroll would decrease the size. I suppose, kinda like a reverse scrolling option.

Thanks for the program. It will save me at least a million clicks over the next year.
