Please reproduce issue, then go to TableNinja 2 > Help > Contact Support and click the "Send logs to TableNinja" button. Then send a copy of that ZIP file to support > contact support https://support.holdemmanager.com/support/product/6 to check it over for errors.

Also please send a screenshot of your desktop with a table and your HUD displayed. See instructions http://graphicssoft.about.com/cs/gen...screenshot.htm Please send the screenshot even if you don't have a HUD or custom table theme.

Please also briefly describe what is happening in the email.

dumb question but how do I activate table ninja? Like I bought it ages ago since then I have a new computer and just downloaded it today and I cannot find any place where I input a activation code?

Hi,

Can you access the program in trial mode? If so go to the setup tab > beta/config > upgrade license and then restart TN2.

Hi, I bought it for pokerstars from some time ago it's listed under my HEM account here https://gyazo.com/c7f4fde9a6d408a60d5455e4c5218b21 but when I copy and paste the code into tableninja it says "the license code you entered is not valid"

Edit : I think I have table ninja 1 not table ninja 2 this would be the reason.

Yes the codes you have in your account are for TN1 and not TN2 so you need to use those codes for TN1. here is the links to install TN1

The “on a tourney break” hotkey is very useful but a problem I find is while I am away if a new tournament starts it will sit me out but when I get back and turn off on a break option there is a message at the bottom of the new table saying “Not clicking timebank while sitout”. It doesn’t go away until I restart tn2.

Just started using TN I am looking to tile 20 games then have tables behind some of the 20 that are tiled. Should I select tile as the option in the layouts?

I have another question so I am trying to create a 20 table tiled layout so I click edit resize the table i want then click re-arrange so I have all 20 tables exactly where I want them but, I cant figure out how to save those 20 tables where I want them tiled perfectly. I have under layout details 20 fixed slots and put new empty tables clicked. When I rearrange the 20 tables each table has two options save/cancel but it will only let me save that inital first game the other 19 wont let me save when I click it please any help would be great pretty confused why its so hard to figure out how to save a layout.

Hi,

No you will need to setup a custom layout to have what you are looking for, In tile layout all tables must be tiled and not stacked on top of each other, another option is Multi stack layout http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...yout+%28TN2%29

I use Hyper-Simple Theme but the Hotkey are not working. Moreover there is a red box above the Cards.

What I am doing wrong?

What version are you using? Please make sure you are using this version with PS http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloa...date2.6.55.msi

Is Spin & Go Sensei working?

I got only errors: "Test failed" and "You need to be logged in in all your Pokerstars clients, and be on 'Spin & Go' tab".

I'm logged in and Spin & Go tab is open.

Yes we had just released a fix for another issue that occurred after they added a new game and once that was released they added another new game, I have notified the developers of this and we will have a fix asap.

For first time my anti virus blocked a TN launcher for updating to new version based on detection of WS.Reputation.1

Still able to use 2.6.59 version

I have another new issue at party. Sometimes the bet slider is put into all when it is my turn my act (no idea why, as i said this is a new issue) so even if i want to raise for 2 or 3 bb i end up all in.

That is a big issue
