Is the table chat window expanded and not minimized? Please reproduce issue, then go to TableNinja 2 > Help > Contact Support and click the "Send logs to TableNinja" button. Then send a copy of that ZIP file to support@tableninja.com to check it over for errors.

Hi. Does this not work on iPoker (Coral?) In setup, it says unknown next to iPoker when the client is open and then even that disappears and nothing works. Coral is one of the skins with the new software/client. Thanks

TN2 isn't automatically updating for me.

I got a message from the pokerstars client today saying that running table ninja 2 was against their 3rd party software rules, I got this message because i was running version 2.5????? and it hadn't updated to 2.6.13. I've downloaded 2.6.13 but it still won't auto update to 2.6.15, which i believe is the latest version.

At one point you probably added the line in your config file auto update = 0 if this is the case remove that file from the keys_user file and save it then in TN2 enable I want beta updates then restart TN2.

If it still does not update - Uninstall TN2 from Control panel
- Then go to C:\Program Files (x86) and delete the following folder (if exists) PASG
- Navigate to C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Roaming\tableninjav2 and move the following file to your desktop: Keys_user.txt (or it might just be called Keys_user)
- Once that is done go back a step and remove the Tableninja2 folder

Does the table get the red border? Did you follow all the recommend steps?

1. iPoker >> Settings >> Timebank >> set both options to 'Automatic activation'
2. iPoker >> Settings >> Widgets >> uncheck 'Show Widgets bar'
3. iPoker >> Settings >> Table >> check 'Auto muck'
4. iPoker >> Settings >> System >> check 'Store Hand History Locally'
5. Fold/Check/Bet buttons need to be shown right-most (the chat window must be as wide as possible).
6. Toast notifications need to be OFF
7. Either go to TN2 >> Experimental and check 'iPoker >> Work for any skin', or iPoker >> Settings >> Table >> Configure betting buttons >> First button needs to be 100% POT

Are you running both the client and TN2 as admin?

Thank you we replied to your email, It seemed you only had a Pokerstars Only code which only allows you to use TN2 on PS, in order to use it on other sites you need to upgrade to Pro.

* What site are you playing on and does it happen on all sites?
* How often can you reproduce?
* What theme are you using in the client?

Table ninja 2 won't recognize half my tables, Have a custom layout so only half the tables i open go into the layout.

Also would not let me open table ninja 2 from my task bar, Had to go into the start menu for some reason.

When when using the tile layout with 6 tables, is it possible to change the order of where the tables are placed?

For example the current placement is this : 1 2 3
