Hey, I know TN1 is not supported anymore, so this is a question to people using it. Hotkeys work fine for me in PLO except bet/raise hotkey that works almost always except when there's a limper and I'm trying to raise 100% of the pot. It works when I roll the bet size from 100% - that is 4.5 BB - to 3.5 BB. Any other situation - like 3betting 100% works fine. It doesn't seem to matter what key I assign it to.

i bought today TN2 and i cant use on a tourney break also i filled a hotkey in toggle and still doesnt work someone help me?

To revert PokerStars go to your stars install directory and open the "backup folder. By default this is in "C:\Program Files\Pokerstars\backup". Not everyone will have a backup directory, but if it exists you can revert to the previous version of Pokerstars until we release an update to TableNinja2.

Copy the files from the backup directory into the C:\Program Files\Pokerstars directory and then run the Pokerstars.exe directly from your PokerStars install directory (DO NOT USE YOUR DESKTOP SHORTCUT). This will allow you to temporarily run the old version of Stars.

We are working on a build as we speak and are currently doing some internal testing, Once we have that done we will have a release ready.

If the red triangle is on the table it states that preset bets are wrong.

What site is this happening on? Please reproduce issue, then go to TableNinja 2 > Help > Contact Support and click the "Send logs to TableNinja" button. Then send a copy of that ZIP file to support@tableninja.com to check it over for errors.

After the recent Pokerstars update that broke TN2 we have now released a build that will fix this issue, Please go to the setup tab and enable I want beta updates then restart TN2, Or alternatively you can install from the following link http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloa...date2.5.56.msi

It seems that the latest update from Pokerstars reverted to using the old locations for computing the POT.

In case you don't have our latest beta (2.5.56), there is nothing that you need to do.
In case you have our latest beta (2.5.56), please go to Hotkeys, and for [Pokerstars - Computing Pot By], select "Use Old Pot Rectangles".

I have done this. Another issue that seems to be occurring is that I can't press the "1" key while I'm running table ninja. I have no hot keys assigned to it - I can't work out why it is bugging out for only that key

Hello, I have 2 questions, both related to the SNG Sensei

1. When using the option 'only register if at least x players marked as x color', is it possible to use more than one color? I'd like to use blue color + unmarked (no color)

2. Whenever SNG sensei starts a new cycle, it steals focus (appear above poker tables). Is it possible to keep it minimised? Also, is it possible to not have the sng filter tab open constantly when sng sensei is running?

No this is not possible at the moment, but it has being put forward to the developers as a feature request so it maybe something that will be added in the future.

Unfortunately we need to have the lobby and the Filter window in the foreground when registering so that we can read the lobby and the filter, however you can move it to another location on your monitor where it will not obstruct the poker tables.

do you have a rough date in mind for the positional bets for zoom? I think it would be a great addition.

Just to put it out there, I would be shocked if this software wasnt the worst piece of **** in the whole internets. And no I am not a troll this is my first time ever speaking out against a product or a company on 2+2 ever. Glad I saved my one time because you guys really deserve it.

About positional betting on zoom: unfortunately this is not as easy to implement on zoom tables as it is on cash, for cash we can read the previous HH and calculate who is dealer, who is UTG etc ,but on zoom we cannot grab it from the HH (side note: the same is true for FullTilt' rush tables) . We have investigated a way to compute it on PS' Zoom - but it is not accurate 100% of the time - this is the main reason we have not implemented it yet.
