So big money for subscription, big team working, and so meager results. You working VERY slow. For this money and creation time this could be the best tool for "all-rooms-players" with super functionality at least half a hear ago. But you even haven't many BASE functionality still:
- partypoker auto-addons
- ipoker auto-addons
- ipoker i'm backs
- 888 timebanks and i'm backs
- 888 "Ok" popups solver
- microgaming support

This is "half useful" software. Half of annoying automatic actions it solve but half NOT. Not what waiting from this software.
I'm sure you can solve almost of things I wrote above very quickly around 1-2 weeks, many of them very easy, but you needn't to hurry, money dripping yeah?
With this pace I think we'll see ok solver for 888 at the end of the year and microgaming support in 2017. Fortiori you hardly working for very important and useful things like stpd ninja tile filters.

Also...
Why Ipoker works so disgusting with ninja, buttons pressing from 2-3 time, often for example I click raise and go other table but raise not pressed and I go to sitout. Nice.
Why frame around the table can't flicker? Do you realize how this could help for multitabling? When I play 16 tables I don't see constantly lighting frames.
Finally, why Ninja have so terrible licencing system? UNREAL to activate it, this problem is LARGE-SCALE! Enter code, press activate, it asks to fill boxes for login, filling and press Login, and it again asks to code! And this is endless cycle. Earlier helped downloading of earlier versions, now NOT helps. For MANY MOTHS this NOT solving. (anticipating your questions, I tried EVERYTHING what can, and I will NOT contact you about this problem, you have throng ppl with the same, find out with them)
Why your customers need to torment and spend HOURS in trying to activate it?

This is all the things you need to work firstly and fast to make you software AT LEAST worth the money. Now its just not fair and disrespect to customers.

Firstly i would like to point out that Microgaming is not yet supported, However this site is on our to-do list but i cannot give you an eta on when it will be.

In regards to Ipoker, This site is in beta at the moment and not all features are supported, please see a list of what we currently support on this network:

1. iPoker tables are recognized, all iPoker networks
2. Betting hotkeys (Fold, Check/Call, Bet/Raise)
3. AA Check/Fold hotkey works
4. Pot betting works
5. Presets work
6. Allin + Allin+click hotkeys work
7. Increment/Decrement betting hotkeys work

We do not support the I'm back feature or the numpad feature in Ipoker at the moment. Also some of the other features from the Annoyances tab are not yet supported for this network. We do plan on adding full support but right now we can not give you a deadline for, as we are focusing on PS, FTP and PP at the moment.

As for 888, please firstly be aware that we only support the tournaments and SNGs at the moment and again this site is in very early beta so again not all features are supported just yet. The likes of timebank and I'm back will be supported further down the line but 888 do have restrictions on what we can provide for their site, so we need
to discuss with them first if we can implement certain features.

About the registration issue: this is solved int his release http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloa...date2.5.55.msi it was affecting a small number of people, we ourselves were unable to reproduce which makes things alot harder to solve as we need to email back and forth with customers requesting certain information.

In the mean time i would suggest trying with a new keys_user file to do this simply close TN2 and navigate to the following location - C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Roaming\TableNinja.v2
move the following file keys_user or it maybe called keys_user.txt if you have extensions showing to your desktop then restart TN2, this will require you to go through the setup wizard again after doing that assign a hotkey to toggle hotkeys on and off and see if it works with a new config file.

TN2 seems to have started missing the preset bets occasionally again and leaving the raise size as a minraise every now and then. I think it started after the last update. It's done this for me before but it was sorted for ages until today. It's a real pain in the ass given I'm playing games that are basically shove or fold at the moment and generally minraising is a dumb play. Will make me really have to cut down tables if I have to check that TN2 is working right every time I want to shove.

We need more information. Please always state what site and game type it is.

I used to and still sometimes suffer from this issue and I believe it is caused by lag that you have too many tables or software open and when you press your hotkey it will produce the action such as bet or raise but then bet box is still catching up due to lag and if you push the hotkey too quick it will only bet/raise the min that stars has already put as default in the box.

TN2 is buggered for me, says it's running but doesn't pick up any of the tables, tried redownloading and ending process etc. to no avail. Have a friend with the same issue

After installing Windows 10, Table Ninja starts lagging when 20 and more tables are running. It lags so badly, that playing becomes impossible. I did what you suggest regarding bottlenecks but it doesn't help. With Win 8.1 it was just fine so what happened? When I shut down TN, everything runs smoothly again.

I have bought a new computer and TN11 won't register on it.

I first get this screen




And then I am asked to enter my HM account details, no idea why?



Doing this automatically leads me back to the screen posted in image 1

I am also experiencing the same problem I experienced on an older computer. That is after rematches in HU games table ninja starts to 3x my btn instead of 2x it.

Forget above posts I've taken the plunge and downloaded TN2. Think I've set it up fine. 2 questions I do have are firstly the save current hand hotkey. I've assigned a hotkey but I can't find where it's going so any help there would be appreciated.

Second issue I have is I like to manually register for games. After I've been registering for a while is there a way for me to see how many in total I've played?

As for the table counter I dont think TN2 can do this but a rep can confirm, there is a free AHK ( autohotkey ) script you can use to count your tables and even count how many of each format you have played i.e $15 18 man, $15 45 man , $8 180 man etc you can find that here:

Yes Hand Histories are stored in C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Roaming\TableNinja.v2\Ha ndHistory

Unfortunately this is not possible when manually registering but is if you are using sensi.

Played a full day yesterday grinding SNGs and at the end of the day opened the HH folder to see all the hands I'd marked and it was empty. When I trial it on cash games it seems to pull hands no problem and they go into that folder but from SNGs it isnt working. Any ideas?

I just installed tn2 on a new computer today. It was working fine earlier. Then I closed tn2 and later tried to open it again with no success. When I double click on the icon nothing happens. I tried uninstall and reinstall but still have the same problem. Amy suggestions?
