Hi I need to renew TN2 I previously had a Years sub for PokerStars I just want to renew for one month at the moment, I am logged into HEM2 store, do I just buy it again and you will issue me a new code? I dont want to lose my old settings from TN2 I currently have.
Also is the monthly sub renewed automatically every month by debit or manually by myself?

Yes you can log into your account and purchase the monthly subscription and a new code will be issued to your account.

1) your settings will not be lost, the only way you will loose your settings is if you uninstall TN2 and delete all folders and do not backup the keys_user file.
2) Yes the money will be deducted from your account on the same date every month.

how come SNG sensei still doesn't work for PS7? Everyone has PS7 now, so whats the deal? unless im doing something wrong. I have it all set up for my 6-max hypers and then it just flakes out on me when i click "start". says something about "error loading search".

If you edit a filter that you have saved then this could be the reason behind the error, i would suggest removing the filter and adding it again.

Hi,

With a subscription it is auto deducted from your card every month until you cancel the subscription.

So in your case you will purchase the monthly subscription then after the purchase cancel it so that the following month it will not be taken from your account. If you have problems canceling it email sales@holdemmanager.com and they will cancel it for you.

In doing this then you need to subscribe again when that month runs out.

I have tn2 set to raise preflop to 2.1x the big blind as a default but sometimes this dosnt work and it just makes it 2x instead of 2.1x. Can this be some kind of a bug ?

TN2 has a setting to round all bets to BB (or SB). If you really want to use so precise bets as 2.1 BBs you should disable that setting on the betting tab.

I'm trying to activate TN2 on a new computer. I click reset all profiles on the HM page, then I enter the key in TN and activate it and it tells me to enter my HM username and password, which I do, then it sends me to the activate key button and just goes in a loop.

I use TN2 to play on stars only. I play sngs and mtts. At the end of my set I like to play HU hypers. TN2 has started to try to close the HU hyper game as well as messing up my bet sizing pre. Any idea what is wrong?

Why can't I set Sensei to register for 0 tourneys per cycle or 0 total for an individual search? Did this change with a recent update?

Yes this is by design you cannot set 0 as an option why would you want to do this anyway?

It's useful when you want to observe certain stakes without registering. Like if I want to 20 table $100s but want to observe the $500s to see if they look inviting, depending on players or how many other tables I have going.

Also, I am experiencing a bug right now where I lock sorting in the Stars7 lobby by State>enrolled>buy in and as soon as I start Sensei, it changes everything to sort by Buy in>Enrolled>Speed.

Also, I am occasionally getting a Stars popup that says "Are you sure you want to remove this game from your favorites?" I don't have any favorites, so I guess something going on with TN2 is saving favorites and then trying to remove them.

This is a new computer and I haven't played in about 6 weeks, so it's hard for me to tell whether this is some new update with TN causing me problems, or if it's the new computer or what. I'm on Win8.1.

I'm having a focus stealing issue now with Pokerstars handling the table pop ups. I tried switching to TN handling it, which I've never had to do before, and it's not working even though I accepted external changes upon restarting PS7.

Lots of other weird little things, like I can't use the down arrow to scroll down the tournament lobby when TN is on for some reason, although occasionally it will let me. If I click it a bunch of times in succession it gives me the "TN has experienced a bunch of errors lately" pop up.

If you go to the settings tab in PS and then go to gameplay > multi-tabling > make sure that Popup table was disabled. Then enable it in TN2, if you are not using TN2 popup and using PS then the stealing focus issue is with PS as we disable these features when not using TN2 popup.

If you go to the hotkeys tab > increment/decrement do you have the hotkeys here set to up and down if so remove them and that will solve the issue with scrolling up and down in the lobby.
