'Hand history folders' I created a new path for my Stars hands and Tourney results on the desktop, TN2 shows still the old path where it saved I corrected this in TN2 but then it gives me a pop up while playing " Hands are not being saved for TN" or something on those lines.

Also I just noticed in my session some tables pre set opening bets are correct but then when a different table appears in the stack it pre sets just stars min open? At different levels it switches sometimes it will open correct and some not what I set it.

Last thing, is there any way TN could be blocking the pop up that occurs when you hover over a player to see their location, notes or chip stack?

Edit: ^^ Someone in the Pokerstars thread said they also experience this and say it is caused by TN

There is currently an issue with clicking the info tab, the developers are working on it and should have a solution in the coming days, In the mean time it works on Classic and Mercury theme, Please note that the info tab will not be clicked until you have being dealt a hand, if during this time you click on notes or chat tab we will not go back to the info tab.

Do select Stack layout in TN2 and when you restart it goes back to Tile? Is this what is happening? By any chance do you select the Tile hotkey maybe try deleting the hotkey to tile tables and see if that helps, it might be that you select tile and didn't realize. Please try this as it is now not recognizing where you save the hand histories, Please do the following
- Uninstall TN2 from Control panel
- Then go to C:\Program Files (x86) and delete the following folder (if exists) PASG
- Now go to this folder %appdata%\tableninjav2 and move the following file to your desktop: Keys_user.txt (or it might just be called Keys_user)
- Now reinstall http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...a_V2_Setup.exe

see if that still says you are not saving hand histories and if so send me the log file so i can see the errors.

It sounds like we are unable to read the hand histories so do the steps i gave above about uninstalling and see if that helps.

You need to go to the annoyances tab > General > enable "Don't click I'm back/Timebank on hovered table" that will solve the popup issue.

Thanks for the help, I will delete the tile hotkey and see if this works. Also ticked the Don't click I'm back/Timebank on hovered table box.

I really don't want to uninstall TN but I will try one more session to see if it still occurs then do as you suggested, if it does work is there any other problems that might occur if I do not have TN saving HHs to the correct path?

If we are unable to read where the hand histories are saved to this can cause problems like preset bets not working, BB and M display not working etc, we always suggest that you save HH to the default location to stop issues like this occurring.

Since you had them at the default location then changed it this messes up TN2 recognizing where they are.

Followed all of your steps and reinstalled. All my settings are gone? I have moved this document to the desktop, do i need to put it back somewhere to get my settings back? I hope so. Thanks

Hi,

Yes that keys_user file which i asked you to move to the desktop contains your settings, you need to close TN2 and move it back to the same location again. Firstly delete the new one that was created then move the old one back, are you still getting the message about not saving HH?

I ahve not had chance to try it yet, having an issue placing the file back.

I dont really know where to put it back, you said %appdata%\tableninjav2 but i type this on the start menu and nothing appears

Go to C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Roaming\TableNinja.v2 if you don't see the app data folder this means you have hidden files and folders enabled - http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/w...iles=windows-7

Phew that works all settings are back, I see i the set up tab the path folder for the HHs are being collected the old directory and not the desktop folder. Should I delete this path and add the desktop folder path?

I am not sure i follow? You should not need to add the HH path to the Hand History folder in The setup tab, as stated we detect where you save the HH automatically, are you still getting the message about HH not saving?

No message as I have no tables up yet, but the path folder TN has detected is not the path folder I have set up for Stars to save the hands. TN detects Appdata\local\pokerstars\handhostory I have set up stars to save hands to the folder I created on the desktop; C:\Users\ \Desktop\StarsHands\

Everything is working fine now thanks.

Suggestion for developers, now with PS7 favourites feature where we can create our own lobby to only show the games we want to play maybe create a simple auto register like Sensei that just simply registers you to everything shown in the created lobby.

Thank you for the suggestion. We will discuss it over the next couple of days and make a decision on whether to add the requested feature. We would love to add everyone’s suggestions, but we also need to be careful that we do not over complicate the software with too many features. As a result not all of them are implemented. If we do not add your feature on this occasion, we may reconsider it if more people also show support for it.

Hi,

I need some help and the hm2 support/sales crew didnt answer for nearly 2 days now.

I tried to buy TN2 monthly subscription via paypal, but it didnt work on sunday and it still doesnt work today. I cant buy monthly subscription via paypal(I dont own a creditcard), it doesnt matter if i choose stars only,standard or pro, but the same issues dont appear when I tried to buy tn2 for a year. I guess that I can only buy tn2 on the hm.com website?
In conclusion, I cant buy monthly subscription via paypal, but I could purchase yearly subscription, although i am currently not interested in.
Do you have a solution? Thx a lot !

Will the problem with not being able to see players location or chip stack when hover mouse over be fixed soon. Where a player is from can have a pretty big effect on how to play vs them if have no other stats and there are times when need to see chip stack in the middle. Using pokerstars.uk.

This has being fixed we posted this a couple of days ago on this forum thread with a release, You need to have the latest version, then go to the annoyances tab > General > enable "Don't click I'm back/Timebank on a hovered table.

About this if you go to the Pokerstars Folder in Program Files(86) look for a file called Uninstall Pokerstars and rename it to Uninstall Pokerstars.eu This should solve your problem.
