Having an issue with TN2 and FT tables. Often I have to double or triple click the fold button (don't use a hotkey) until it registers... Also if I click and hold the fold button (or any other button for that matter, like MAX for instance) it unclicks after less than a second, I assume it's the same thing that's causing me to have to click more than once.
How can this be fixed.

This is a known issue which the developers have being notified about and are working on it, the latest ticket on this is TN-138 if you wish to be notified of when this issue is resolved please email support@tableninja.com with the subject "Notify me when TN-138" is resolved.

In the mean time we suggest you use Hotkeys to avoid this issue and we apologize for the inconvenience this might cause.

I play heads up on a number of sites. a lot of which TN does not support. For the sites it does I just want the table layout to be 4 tiled tables and the more tables I open they just go on top of another in one of the 4 tiled slots.

When I am playing I don't want table ninja to move any tables as I will sometimes be playing 2 tables on unsupported site then 2 on stars, so there will just be 4 slots on 1 monitor and I will place the tables from my unsupported sites in the slots myself by just resizing them Is this possible?

1 more thing, Is it possible to have different set sizing for cap tables and 100bb tabkes at the same time?

If you want to have it the way you mention then you can have a custom layout or you can use Multi stack layout and choose 4 stacks, If you don't want TN2 to control the tables at all then you can set up 4 table aside slots in the table control tab > table aside tab and have 4 tables then to send tables to them slots you can use Hotkeys that way when you open tables we will not move them you move them to the table aside slot yourself by clicking the Hotkey see this FAQ for more info http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...et-table-aside

- when your turn, click it Fold and let you watch the hand
- click it again, and it will advance you to the next hand

* improvement: PS Presets: for preflop 3bets, you can bet a multiple of the last raise.
For instance, if villain bets $6, you can have a preset of 2.5x , which would bet $15

* fix PS Presets - sometimes we would count an extra limper when in tourneys

Im pretty sure i tried a quick trial of TN2 a few months ago on Stars but felt TN1 was better at that point so uninstalled it pretty quickly

Im now on ipoker and looking to have hotkeys etc for moving tables, auto sitting etc and i presume TN2 does all this.

Could i have another trial period to see how it works on ipoker ?

I use 3x as my standard open in stars and TN2 inputs that amount about 98% of the time. But the other 2%, it puts like 5.5BB or something like that and since I'm playing pretty fast, I will often time click open and realize I've just made a stupid raise. Is there a way to fix this?

If you go to the table control tab > Popup > Stealing focus From another application Disable "Play a sound when focus is stolen from another app"

Right now Ipoker is still in beta, Not all features are supported here is a list of what is:

1. iPoker tables are recognized, all iPoker networks
2. Betting hotkeys (Fold, Check/Call, Bet/Raise)
3. AA Check/Fold hotkey works
4. Pot betting works
5. Presets work
6. Allin + Allin+click hotkeys work
7. Increment/Decrement betting hotkeys work
8. Send numpad/backspace to betbox works
Timebank is not supported yet (or any of the annoyances).

hey , tried Ps 7 with Tn2 again and had issues with preset bets, sometimes when i clicked my key it made 2,5X which was what i want on certain table and sometimes it was 1,4$ which i have no clue why i play nl25 and it kept changing randomly, sometimes sizing was ok on all tables sometimes not

I d like to ask too when are you gonna introduce autoaccepting waitlist please ?

If it continues in the latest beta please let me know, Please also tell us what game types if it is cash, tournaments or Zoom that this occurs on. Also if tournaments does it occur when the blinds goes up.

What theme are you using in PS7, Please note that Preset bets is not officially supported at the moment, as you have already found out it works sometimes and sometimes not, We should have this completely supported soon.

In the mean time here is what we do support.

* PS7: handling of buyin popup works correctly (when you can't buyin for your desired sum)
* PS7: handling of Auto rebuy/double rebuy/addon works correctly
* PS7: handling of Tourney Registration Popup works correctly
* PS7: recognize correctly the Hand Histories

All other features will be added shortly.

How do I turn off the beeping TN4 does? Driving me crazy. Each time I cycle to first in line, click away from a table, TN4 bring table to attention it has that annoying beep.

Reproduce the issue and take a screenshot of your betting tab and your table where the issue occurred.

Please reproduce issue, then go to TableNinja 2 > Help > Contact Support and click the "Send logs to TableNinja" button. Then send a copy of that ZIP file to support@tableninja.com to check it over for errors.

TableNinja and HEM2 have the same licensing server? Being told on both that they can't validate my license at the moment.

HM received notification of an availability impacting event beginning at approximately 8:23PM EST today. We were immediately in contact with an upstream vendor and are working with them to resolve the issue.
