I have just reviewed your log file and it seems that you have (M) Right as a hotkey for register for tourney so you have the focus in the lobby and when you click M right to do something else like take a screenshot etc then since the focus is in the lobby it will register for a tourney when you click right mouse click, I would suggest you change that to another Hotkey that you rarely use to prevent this issue from occurring.

We were able to reproduce your issue and it is present in TN1 as well, which means that this situation has been possible for 6 years now but never come up due to how rare and strange of a case it is.

The Register for Tourney hotkey was only meant to be used to register at the tournament you have selected, while you are in the PokerStars lobby.

In other words, we have only meant for this to be a convenient shortcut when you want to register for a tournament that you have selected manually (TN2 would be clicking the register button in PokerStars).

We had not considered (and apparently no user has previously encountered) the case where the the "Register for Tourney" hotkey is used when you're on a "Completed" sng/tourney (the register button is not visible in this situation), as in your case. Here are the steps to reproduce your scenario:

a. user creates hotkey for "Register for Tourney" as Right-click
b. user goes to SNG tab, and looks over the SNGs
c. user has "Show Completed Tourneys" checked
d. user is on a "Completed" Tourney
e. user uses his "Register for Tourney" hotkey

In this case a hidden button in PokerStars is clicked and the result of this hidden button being clicks is that the user is registered for a random tournament.

We’re sorry but because PokerStars doesn’t even show the button in this case we did not imagine that the hotkey could have this effect.

Can table ninja 2, program a hotkey so that when playing zoom it will always click the fold and watch button? So you push the hotkey twice to move onto the next hand.

Joh, thanks for the further investigation to proove I am not just fishing for money or making this up. This is a serious issue, especially if players can randomly loose money because of some kind of registration bug. I will take it up via PM with you from now on.

I want my 3bet to be a product of the raise, this used to be the case but then it changed.

Example. Im playing hu zoom 200nl. sb raise 6$ i want auto 3bet 18$. sb raise 4$ i want auto 3bet 12$.

The 3bet should be a product of the raise alone. Currently it is a product of the pot size. This is no use as it lays different odds on a call vs varying open sizes.
Also if i set my 3bet to 90% it would not reach a min raise. Its seems unusual for me to have to set 3bets to 200+%.

Please sort this out this has been on going for months and i have not received sufficient advice/information. It reflects badly on your company.

The developers are working on this and should have a fix soon.

Hello, I have a problem with Set Tables Aside.

The first table I open I can move the table around with the Set Tables Aside hotkeys with no problem, however any further tables I open refuse to move with the Hotkeys.

I have only just set up TN2 after being a happy TN1 customer, I have imported TN1 settings etc, maybe I am missing something obvious to solve this problem?

Still waiting for a response. $200 in smoke for a micro-low sng grinder is kinda heavy... due to a bug in advertised software that should work properly

Please send a screenshot of your table control screens, along with a log file, so that we can see what is happening.

Please reproduce issue, then go to TableNinja 2 > Help > Contact Support and click the "Send logs to TableNinja" button.
Then send a copy of that ZIP file to support@tableninja.com to check it over for errors.
Also please send a screenshot of your desktop with a table and your HUD displayed.
