I was wondering if this was a problem on TableNinja's side since before I used this program, I don't recall ever running into this problem. Both of these issues are rare occurrences but are still annoying. Please let me know if you have any suggestions, thanks!

PS. As for the program, I just have to say Tableninja is absolutely amazing. It saves me the hassle of opening all the different AHK scripts and makes everything just so much easier. Definitely the best purchase I've ever made for poker (on par with Holdem Manager ^^) I recommend everyone who hasn't trialed with it to definitely give it a shot!
Thanks for the positive review

As Reliant said the not re-buying problem is a bug with Stars. As for occasionally buying in with 60BBs instead of 20, I'm not sure what could be causing this. Do you have the "Adjust to same session minimum" checkbox checked in TableNinja? Do you have the "Remember my buy-in amount" checkbox checked in Stars? I think if you try playing around with those settings its likely it will fix the problem.

Let me know how it goes, if it doesn't help I can definitely look into it more,

Reliant444: Thanks for letting me know

Tarath: Thanks, I'll try playing around with those settings. Also, do you think there could be a feature where I can choose if I click the "Leave Table" button, TableNinja will automatically click the OK button. I like the current hotkey setting for leaving a table, but sometimes, I end up misclicking and closing the wrong table by accident.

Yeah this is definitely possible, I've added it to my list

Bug: if the "Register to identical if full" is ticked, it pop ups a lobby when I register in a sng.

This is actually a bug in Stars, if you use their register to identical option even without TableNinja running this will happen.

For some reason TN is not closing my tables when I bust out. I have the install directory as such: C:\Program Files\PokerStars. Is there something that I'm missing?

You should just have to set your install directory and then turn on the "Automatically close finshed tournaments" options on the opening/closing tab.

Its possible that something is going with your file permission settings.

If you can email me at support@alxsoftware.com with your TableNinja log file and configuartion file (both are located in your TableNinja install directory) I can definitely help you out.

Thanks

Minor suggestion: When the program starts up and fails to connect to your server to verify versions, can you add a "Retry" button as well as the Quit option (not really an option at the moment). I have TN in my startup and rarely it will fail to connect (network layer not fully initialized?) but connects the second time immediately after.

Tarath,

Downloaded the program yesterday and have been playing with it today. Awesome app and many thanks! I'm definitely going to be buying this in the next few days.

One question. I am going to want to use this on two computers (laptop and desktop). Am I going to need to buy this for both or will users be able to run it on up to two machines (ala PAHud, etc.)?

Rgds,
Big Leon

This is definitely something we can do.

You only have to buy it once, if your purchase and want to use on a second computer you can just email me at support@alxsoftware.com and I will send you a second unlock code.

Glad you like the program

I tried to send you the files, however your server is saying that my attachments are too large. I even zipped them. Any suggestions?
Thanks

I actually received both of your emails and just responded, I'm not sure why my email server was complaining but I got them and responded about 2 minutes ago

Hi, I purchased TableNinja a while back. I have it on my laptop and I am about to reset the laptop back to its factory settings (and thus wipe everything off the drive). Just wondering if there is someway I can get TableNinja back up and running without purchasing it again.

If you email me at support@alxsoftware.com from the email address you purchased the program from I can invalidate your old purchase code and send you a new one.

Thanks!

I was wondering if it's possible to raise, call, or check when it's my turn to act using a key on my mouse, this is for NL. I did get the AA check/fold to work using my right mouse button.

By the way, great software.

DUCY?

Hi,

Can you add a function which rounds it to the nearest dollar$ or another value. For example, nearest 0.50$ or 2$...

Thx

Sweet! I just purchased and sent you an email. You Rock!

Edit: Ok, I'm probably a tard but I've tried to send an email to "support@alxsoftware.com" and it keeps getting bounced...I've tried from two two different email addresses and two different platforms (Yahoo & Outlook).
