Ninja Tile layout: everytime that the dealer give new cards on a table it is moved out from the stack so there is 1 less slot for placing tables with hands I'm really involved.

I play a lot of tables at the same time wich means all slots out from the stack are busy with tables where it is not my turn and tables where I'm involved are not moved out from the stack because there isn't any free slot.

Investigating this now.

I just got told there was an update so I updated and fired up a session and It's still the same for me. Seemed to be OK at the start and as I started to get above 6-8 tables it was noticeably slowing and at 16 I had to turn it off and quickly fire up TN2 just to finish the games off...sigh

Can you please try the following, disable your anti virus and see if this helps if it does please let us know the anti virus you use.

Also if you are using windows Aero desktop theme can you please try this

go to the start menu search and type "performance information and tools", without the quotes, and hit enter. Or do right-click on My computer and select Properties. In the new window that pops up click the adjust visual effects link. Choose custom - and you can disable everything except the following:

enable desktop composition
enable transparent glass
show thumbnails instead of icons
smooth edges of screen fonts
use visual styles on windows and buttons

Also when you say lag is it using hotkeys, ie you hit a hotkey to make an action and it takes a few seconds for the action to take place. Or you hit a hotkey and it doesn't work you have to hit it again?


Please let me know if none of the above help, In the mean time im notifying the developers on this.

I use windows defender and I'm not even sure how to turn it off. Went through the rest on performance information and tools and I already only had those 5 options enabled. The lag just takes a few seconds for action to happen once you've hit the button but i don't have to press it twice.

EDIT: Ok I just turned windows defender off and fired up 20 1c/2c cash games to test it out and it seemed to work fine with no lag at all. Getting late here so will try the same thing tomoz before my regular SNG grind. Is my PC entirely safe from viruses tho with it off if say I'm just grinding and listening to some music on youtube?

I would not suggest turning this off However, What i would suggest is adding tableninja.exe to the list of exceptions in Windows defender.

If that does not fix the issue i would suggest using Microsoft essentials http://windows.microsoft.com/en-IE/w...tials-download

After this is installed your computer will be protected and then you can turn off Windows defender.

Let me know if this solves the issue.

My apologies i missed this sorry, I must have being in the middle of replying to the other posts when you posted yours and after i replied it went to a new page, I am sorry about that.

It works for me, Please do the following

Go to the help tab in TN2 > click on contact support > click send logs to Table Ninja

Once you do this it will create a zipped file with all the settings/logs, Please note the location the files are being saved to.

Once you do this attach the zipped file to an email and send it to us so we can review it for any errors.

How do you add this to the exception list. Nothing pops up when I run TN1 so not sure how to do this.

If you already use Microsoft security essentials then this is an Anti virus so can disable Windows defender if you want to now as your computer will be protected.

OK so I checked and windows defender is turned off on my PC and Microsoft Essentials is on. If i turn defender on and essentials off will my PC still be protected? If so I'll try that and see if I can get rid of this lag.

Yes as long as you have one or the other on, Please Note that windows defender and Microsoft security essentials are basically the same think, Microsoft security essentials does the exact same as Windows defender does.

My TN1 lag only got worse after the "fix". I use Microsoft Security Essentials and got tableninja.exe on exceptions list.

I've been told WD is an anti spyware and not an anti virus so I should be careful turning Microsoft Essentials off.

How can I skip TN1 update? It was all good as of last sunday. I have learned with HM NOT to take updates if nothing is broken.

I installed AVG and disabled Microsoft Essentials and TN1 now appears to be running fine

had no lag issues until the update, now it is unusable laggy

1) What version are you using?
2) Are you sure this isn't showing new games registered but haven't opened yet?
3) Can you send me your log file so i can investigate this.
4) There is currently an issue when the computer clock changes to 00.00 midnight and sensei does not recognize games played before this time.

In any case send your logs to support@tableninja.com and i will make sure this is looked into asap.

hi - I never replied to previous message as when TN registered less games I just increased the number of games to keep open at a time, but now I am trying to mix up 2 stake levels it is causing problems again.
(it opens cycle limit of 1st search, then keeps opening tables from the higher limit -
eg set 1st limit 4 tables per cycle, then 2nd limit 4 games per cycle I got this:

Hi im having a little issue with the table cycling hotkeys with the new update. Before the update I was able to cycle tables as fast as my keyboard would send the information. If I held down the hotkey, my tables would cycle hyper fast. Now it seems theres a limitation to how many times tableninja executes the hotkey, which is about twice per second now. I dont think its a lag issue on behalf of the program

This seems to be an isolated issue and we can't reproduce this internally, So we need as much information as possible, How lang into play does the lag start to happen?

How many tables are you playing?
What type of lag is occurring is it delay from when you hit the hotkey to the action being computed or hotkey does not work first time and needs to be clicked again?

Any information you can give us is helpfull, Also updated log files of when the issue occurred will also be great.
