Do you have version 2.2.178 we did have a problem with the build before that so we released another one. This should not have caused your settings to be erased.
Please go to the following location C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Roaming\TableNinja.v2
Move the keys_user file to your desktop make sure TN2 is closed at this point. Then restart TN2 see if it updates you to 2.2.178 If it does then close TN2 again and move the keys_user file back in to that location above and let me know if your settings are back.
