My guess is that at some point for some AHK script you were asked to set something in the "Compatibility" tab on PokerStars. Can you try right clicking on PokerStars and clicking properties. Then go to the compatibility tab, uncheck every checkbox, and see if that fixes things?

Note is possible that this might break one of your AHK scripts.

Currently it costs 25 USD although we may decide to increase the price a little once the beta period is over.

ok now I can see the price when I clicked on paypal icon. but I can see that this is a cost per year right? and after year I gotta pay one more time?

If you want to continue to receive updates to the program you will have to renew your purchase a year after the beta ends, or a year after you purchased the program, whichever is later.

If you don't want to have access to the updates, new features, and support you will not be required to renew in a year, and you will be able to continue using the version of TableNinja that you have indefinitely.

However, for some reason I can't open more than 15 tables (I stack), when the 16th table is open the tables don't refresh anymore so I can only see the 16th table, even when I minimize it.

Hmm, that is very odd.

Can you try disabling frames if they are turned on? Can you also try starting and restarting your HUD?

If neither of those things help, please email me your configuration file and your log file (both are in your TableNinja install directory) at support@alxsoftware.com and hopefully I can help you out.

I'm having trouble getting the SNG tourney lobbies to auto close. I believe I have it setup in the general tab correctly to the Stars install directory and still the lobbie stay open.

I am getting a lot of emails from people who deleted their entire TableNinja directory or their unlock file when updating TableNinja.

You do not need to delete anything at all to install the update. Just download the new version and run the setup.exe file and it will install right on top of the old version and all your configuration files will be saved and if you've purchased the program will stay unlocked.

Hmm, this is very strange then. Generally this happens with programs that are incompatible with the Vista theme (usually Java programs), but stars definitely can be run in the Vista theme so I'm not sure what could be going on. I would either email Stars support or try uninstalling and reinstalling the PokerStars software.

Is the tournament closing when finished and the lobby for that tournament is remaining open, or are both statying open simultaneously. Let me know,

The tourney closes but is there a way when I sign up for a sng for the lobby to not open up at all? Just clutters my desktop with unneeded open windows. Thanks

Uncheck the "Register to identical if full" checkbox in TableNinja and that will fix the problem.

Due to a bug in stars using their built in register to identical function (manually without TableNinja or with TableNinja) causes the lobby to open.

Also straight up crashing with Win XP SP2 64bit. Version 1.0.93.0 is fine, but installing 1.0.139.0 over the top or individually yields crashes with nothing else running.

edit: strange. Problem seems to have been solved; I installed the 1.0.93.0 version from the link on the download page and fully configured it. I then left it open (minimized to task tray) and installed the latest 1.0.139.0 version which didn't seem to have a problem running while the program was still in memory. Closing/opening TNinja didn't crash then and it's upgraded.

edit2: I couldn't edit the Pokerstars install directory / hand history directory in the General tab until I had stars running and logged in alongside TNinja.

I JUST INSTALLED THE UPDATE AND HAD THE SAME PROBLEM - ONCE THE 16TH TABLE OPENED THE PROGRAM FROZE AND I HAD TO SHUT IT OFF AFTER I HAD 20+ TABLES REGISTERED AND TIMED OUT ON A FEW AND THIS WAS WITHOUT MY HUD RUNNING. I HAVE JUST PURCHASED THIS PRODUCT AND HOPE THIS PROBLEM IS RESOLVED SHORTLY, I LOST QUITE A BIT DUE TO THIS

Im trying to download version 1.0.139.0 BETA and zipgenius keeps giving me the message "invalid archive file" when i try to unzip it.
This happens whether I choose to open it or choose to save it and open it afterwards.

I'm really sorry you had to close TableNinja and that it cost you money :/

I really want to figure out this problem, but many many people have reported they are playing 20+ tables with no problem so unless one of you two emails me your log file, config file and helps me figure out whats unique about your system/setup that could be causing this its going to be very very difficult for us to fix.

I've opened up 24 tables and closed them all and repeated a dozen times on my system and I cannot reproduce the behavior your describing so this will require your help to get fixed.

We have not done a lot of testing on 64bit XP. It *should* be impossible to run the installer while a version of TableNinja is running so this is very odd.

I don't know a lot about 64bit XP but I will try and do some reading, I know its based on the Server 2003 architecture which is fundamentally different then other versions of windows so its possible that some oddities could occur.

Is it possible your browser got interrupted mid download? Can you delete the file from your machine completely and redownload, or download it with a different browser.

Also you might try opening it with winzip.

This is a great idea and is something we are working on. We need to build up some behind the scenes infrastructure first as this is actually a pretty complex feature to make work (afaik no other program detects position in real time) but we believe it is something we will be able to offer in the future.

Seems like a very good release so far. I had been using 1.0.93.0 due to the lag issues I had with 1.0.115.0. I haven't had any lag issues with this newest version though, nor have I had any little error balloons popping up from the tray which I used to get every couple minutes with 1.0.93.0. It was smooth sailing all the way through with this version. Nice work.

I saw earlier in this thread it being speculated that the no images theme could be to blame for a problem someone was having with TableNinja making him go all in every time he tried to bet. FWIW, I've used the no images theme the entire time I've used this app, and I've never had such a problem, so I don't think the theme was to blame. I have it set to classic in TableNinja.

I'm really glad your lag is gone, we weren't sure the fix would help everybody but so far it seems to be working really well for the vast majority of users.

Thats interesting that you've been able to play with the no-images theme with no problems for a long time. I suspected the program would likely work pretty well on no-images but I didn't think it would go that smoothly, thats great news.

I haven't heard back from the person with the all-in problem but given what you said I suspect his decimal separator was the issue and that either updating to the new version or changing his current format in windows will fix the problem.
