Tried it out, everything worked apart from that it opened the SNG tourney lobbies which I had disabled in the stars client.
Didn't find an option to close those, they are just incredibly tilting when you play many tables.

Try unchecking the "Register for identical if full" option in TableNinja. This feature triggers a bug in Stars right now (that I believe they are working on) where if you use the Register for identical if full option the lobby always opens.

There are a number of third party programs to do this, I think Xpadder and JoyToKey tend to be the most popular. I'd try both and see what you like best

Since my partner and I are both from the USA we cannot even create a moneybookers account which is frustrating.

I have not tried making a Net-teller account recently I will give it a shot.

As i start program for the first time i get msg couldnt connect to server, what to do?

Hi,

Usually this means one of two things:

1) You need to set your system clock to the correct date
2) You are behind a firewall or somehow blocking TableNinja from validating the version

Very good work and support I guess, if you make neteller available I'm buying it I'm pretty sure.

It is the mod as I thought as well. I have the same problem when I use the Shiny Theme which is a Stars Theme. Right now I am playing another mod which works fine with Hyper Simple Buttons.

Would be nice if TN would just look at the Buttons and not at the Theme as well, if that is possible. I think the Bet Pot script is just using the Buttons and the Pot Display.

Unfortunately Neteller also says accounts are not available to US residents when I try to make an account.

It seems theres just not a lot of payment options available to us as US residents. Sorry,

I heard someone say this program sometimes was closing sng's that the player was still in, is this still an issue?

since you guys play at a lot of tables at the same time ,my question is are all your hotkeys starting with ctrl or alt , like for the betting : ctrl & b
isnt it without the ctrl a bit faster, so for the betting just pressing the b button ?
And what do you recommend just a single key or 2 like ctrl&b

A few users were having a problem with our built in automatic tournament closer where when they were in multi-table sit-n-goes or tourneys TableNinja would close the tournament when they were switched to a new table.

All you have to do to fix this problem is to turn off the "Automatically close finished tournaments" option on the annoyances tab.

We also have a group of volunteer testers using a new update in which we fixed thed bug, if you would like to join the test group, PM me your email and I can send it too you.

There is also a bug in Stars that is unrelated to TableNinja where stars is sometimes not opening sit-n-gos that players register for. If this has happened to you, they will refund your entry, just search the forums a bit and there are several threads discussing it.

Personally I recommend just using a single key, as long as you aren't worried about hitting it by accident. My ALL-In hotkey is a 2 mouse button combo so i don't every misclick it but other than that i find it a bit easier to have the hotkeys be 1 button/key.

I'm not sure if this has been answered or not as I've only browsed a few pages...I downloaded and then purchased Table Ninja today and really enjoy it. Still getting used to it...4 bet pot a couple times on accident...got lucky and the villians folded both times.

Is there gonna be support for the "Pokerstars Slick Theme"?

That is by far my favorite theme for multitabling and I really dislike the 2 options that are currently available with TN.

LOL, I changed my keybindings and then was betting by accident occasionally. I ended up going all-in with absolute garbage (can't remember 3bet or 4bet) and then having the two villains fold to me.

Using hotkeys can definitely take some getting used too, I'm glad they folded

Slick theme support is definitely on our to-do list and we appreciate how great it is for huds, but it is a major undertaking to add support for additional themes so it probably won't be added in the immediate future.

Hi,

I looked into this as much as I could on my end and honestly I just can't tell how it could be happening. We never actually "click" anything. We send a "click" message to a window by its window handle (like a name), so for a click to be sent to multiple windows is so strange I just cannot figure out how it could happen, unless TableNinja thinks you hit a hotkey multiple times.

My only thought is maybe our software has a compatibility issue with whatever program you are using to convert you gamepad buttons to keystrokes. Have you tried using Xpadder, and JoyToKey? Does the problem occur with both of them?

I think to have a shot at fixing this I probably would need to do a TeamViewer session with you and see your exact setup.

We are making some general changes to how things work in the next update and its possible that they will help, but I have not identified the cause.

This is definitely a great idea and something we plan to add in the future. It should actually be reasonably easy as well

TableNinja automatically stores your log files in your TableNinja install directory marked with the date (they are named TNLog_2009-03-05 for example). Old ones are deleted after some time so depending on how long its been since you had to problem you might need to make it occur again (preferably at play money ).

All you need to do is email me at support@alxsoftware.com with a log file from a day the problem occurred attached and then I can take a look at it.

I would say the polling rate could definitely have something to do with the problem, I think its likely that slowing that down significantly would help.
