Going a bit nuts here. Quick overview of problems.

1) Auto registers for another tournament even when sitngosensei is activated.
(Yes it is probably related to auto click close popup windows, but it needs to be fixed as I dont want to close every single click window that pops up in a 400 game Hyper sesson.)

2) Tables constantly steal focus from other tables in stack. Consequence = too many tables needing action but not popping to front. (Yes PStars disable checked)

3) Does not jive with stack and tile software. Why is that? Any ideas.

4) Does not buy in to correct tournaments or correct amount of tournaments. EG. set to load sngsensie 10 $x tournies and 5$y tournies and it only loads 15 $x tournies. (Yes I have double checked that the sng filter is saved correctly and pulls up the right sng in the stars window when activated.

5) Does not load more than one buyin amount of tourny regularly.

Generally it is FUBAR.

No I don't want TN2, TN1 hasnt worked. Can u fix this.

trying to play stacked tables but whenever a new sng opens it pops up to the foreground. How can I make them open in the background?

Can confirm issue when you are playing on 2+ different sites. Tables pops up only from one og them. Documented and sent to developers. Workaround for now: OR to have tables not overlapped, OR to click on one of "another" tables first - this will switch popping to tables from that site.

Yes, client setting "New tournaments take focus" should be OFF

'Automatically close finished tournaments after x seconds' steals focus. The exiting table pops up when I lose in an SNG. It is quite annoying and frustrating when I've 25+ tables midgame. Since I have to disable 'Automatically close finished tournaments after x seconds,' I'm forced to manually register SNGs since this option and SNG Sensei work hand in hand.

Edit: Nvm...the table steals focus anyway with it disabled. The only work around to this is to check "Auto-close tournament without notification' in the Advance Multi-table Options on PokerStars.

1: More specific: Well, when the stars popup window shows after a tournament, and you opt to have table ninja auto close the single click popup windows, it is clicking register for another tourney, not close window. (You guys have had other complaints about this on your site. I am sure u are aware of the problem)

2: Ninja tile? The software does not recognize that there is a table in the stack that needs attention, let alone remove it and move it aside. The settings, stack, tile, ninja tile all have no effect on the problem of tables being idle in the stack. It seems that one table sits on top even though it needs no action, and just stays there, or it switches to another table that needs no action.

3: I fail to see how "See my answer on (2)" is helpful.

4: will post next time I play with TN.

Lastly: there are a bucketload of comments right now on the TN forums about the software not working in various situations. Some of them 6 months old and the standard answer "it is more complicated to fix than we thought" is getting old. Although you guys are really pushing TN2. You know, I just bought TN1 and it has never worked, some say it hasn't worked for 6 months.

If you guys are gonna do TN2 I think you should upgrade previous peoples license to TN2 especially if they only bought TN2 this year!

TN has not made me any money multitabling, it has cost me the money to buy and the money lost at the tables when I have tried to use it.

Really unhappy customer right now.

Googled a bit, and it seems this could be a HM related problem:

which was fixed in the recent beta release but I havent dled it yet. Gonna try it out.

He talked about HM2.
Is OK there if disabling that poker client setting.

Regardling issue with autoclosing (or not closing) tournaments:
As I told, I tested this fix before 152 build was released - and had no problems.
But:
I played TILED 9 tables (slightly overlapped). As I play usually (I do not like stacks because want to control "all battlefield").
All is OK with tiled. If this new message is visible always (even partially) - Ninja simply closes message + table after NN seconds (as is set in TN) with no harm for playing process. So task completed and fixed in 152 build.
Another thing happens when tables are stacked. I created new bug ticket for this "stacked" part of issue and sent it to developers.

If you play "Tiled" tables - no issue.

For stacked SNGs - see my previous post. Yes, there is an issue when stacked - but when tiled all works OK.

Ninja tile is a TN2 feature. Try it.

This is a harm. When the exiting tables buildup, you lose time to other tables which is a huge deal. But it's good to know you opened a ticket and I thank you for that.

SNG sensei on TN 1 is working now or still have the same problem of multiple slots???

OK here is the skinny on TN1 and 2

Firstly, TN1 will be discontinued as a supported product.
Second, TN2 will be a monthly subscription.
Third, If you just bought TN1, well u are **** out of luck as it doesn't work and won't be fixed.
Fourth, you will however be able to BUY more products monthly from TN at 0$ discount. (Ever feel like you have been swindled?)
Finally TN2- doesn't even work yet in stacked mode at the minimum.

My thoughts are " Screw you HM you really ****ed the dog on this one."

This is your opinion, other people has different ones.
TN (and TN2 as well) have many features, not all customers use same things.

You misunderstood me. TN was/is for me a great product and i'm pretty sure TN2 will also be fine. My critic is:

The limitation of 8 tables is ridiculous. I was grinding my way through the Micros with TN and 20-24-tableing- and believe it or not, at this time i would not have spent 150 $ for the software. See it in terms of buy-ins and you will understand.
