Hello, I am a usual big multi-tabler player and I think Table Ninja can and must improve in one aspect that it should've already did. I am talking about this:

Let's say I want to play 12 tables at a time on Pokerstars, for a total of 150 sit and gos (for example). The problem is that right now it is not possible to do that on multiple stakes. My suggestion is to improve Table Ninja in a way that I can do this:

12 tables at a times for a total of 150; 4 of those tables are 30$ turbos, other 4 are 60$ turbos, and other 4 are 15$ hyper turbos.

If you guys could improve this, I am sure a lot of people would be very glad and appreciate very much.

This would be possible using multiple slots in the Sensei except there is currently a problem with counting finished games. We are working on a fix for this and will release it as soon as possible.

I have the same problem, and filling in the min. and max total entrants doesn't work, evertime table ninja wants to register a tournament it says entrants not supported! plese help me out. I would like to play the 18 players $15 but it keeps registering 180 player sit n gos

Are you selecting a number of entrants from the drop down menu or typing a custom number into the field? You should be able to save anything listed in the drop down but custom numbers of entrants are not currently supported.

Thanks for your response, I have tried both. it doesnt work. when I type in $15 18 players Turbo, The 180 players also appears. There's no manner to filter it to show only the 18 players sit n gos. Will there be an update that can fix this problem, or is there another way to fix this? I know that there are a lot of people struggling with this question. setting the numeber of entrants doesnt work since it's not supported.

I'm unable to reproduce this. You can filter for $15, 18 man games by setting your min buy-in to 10 and your max buy-in to 20. Then set both the min and max total entrants to 18. Make sure you are only using numbers available in the drop down menus on the filter. Typing the number into the fields isn't supported.

Just a suggestion but it would help alot if you could make it more clear if TN hot keys are toggled on or off, when i go to make notes i have to press my hot key to turn off TN and then press it again once i have finished to turn it back on, I know it flashes a different color in the windows bar but the color notification does not stay on so one can sometimes forget if its on/off and make a missclick on a table.

So possibly have the TN icon in the desktop task bar stay one color if turned on and another if off.

If you have the TableNinja icon set to be always shown in the task tray you can also watch its color. When the icon is red the disable hotkeys toggle is active.

The sit and go opener is not working. I get the following message: ''To use the sit-and-go opener, you must have the Pokerstars lobby open to the sit and go page''

I have it open on the sng page, and also tried to go back to the older version of Pokerstars but nothing seems to help.

What can I do?

I'm unable to reproduce this. What lobby theme are you using? Are you playing on Stars.com or one of the regional clients. Try switching to the black lobby theme. Let me know if that doesn't seem to help.

This can also mean you have an incorrectly set PokerStars settings folder. You can find the correct path by going to PokerStars>Help>Open my settings folder. Make sure this path matches exactly whats shown in TableNinja>Setup

If you have a non-English copy of Windows make sure you click the "..." button in TableNinja>Setup and navigate to your settings folder manually. In some languages our auto detection process fails.

I have a problem. I have this layout 3x2 tiled. And I have stacked the other tables under the 3x2 so that I can play 12 tables at a time. So every table has 1 underneath it.
Now my problem is that say I have to act on table 1 (top left corner) and a few seconds later on table 12 (bottom right stacked) that table 12 doesn't pop-up above table 6. Only after I have made my decission on table 1. Is it possible to let tables pop-up which are stacked where the primary table is not active?

I hope it made sense what I'm trying to explain.

i have a problem with my license key. I have a new PC and i dont know my key, can u send me the key to my email account?

I'm afraid this isn't currently possible. You can cycle through the tables with a cycle tables hotkey but once a table is active it will stay active until you take an action or manually activate another table.



I'm not sure whats happening yet as I'm unable to reproduce this. I've let the developers know though and passed on all this information to them. We are working through the problem and will release a fix as soon as we can. Sorry for the hassle.



Sorry for the delays. We are having a problem with our licensing server and I'm currently unable retrieve codes. We are working in it and I hope to start catching up on code requests later today.

When i use the set table aside feature to pull tables out of the stack and i bust out of a tourney in that slot, new tables dont load up in my stack position, they load up in the slot instead.
Is this a PS setting?

Try going to PokerStars>View and disable "Remember Table Positioning". Let me know if that doesn't seem to fix it.

Emailed support with a link to my post and my skype name, nobody added me. Got a stock reply with your email, added you. Waited days for confirmation, didn't say a single word when confirmed. I've tried to start a conversation 3 days in a row, no reply... The other day I accidentally sat out of an entire SNG because it popped up behind another one while I wasn't looking and I'm used to tableninja sitting me back in. I need this product to work ASAP. if i use advanced sng opener with
'dont register for sngs containing'
will it unregister me when i am already registered and couple more colour coded players register after me making it against the rule?

example:
5 players in 9man sng. i set the rule for 4 regs, there are 2 regs, it registers me in, after that 2 more regs register, its 7/9 and still time for unregister, will it do it?

Table ninja is not fully working w Pokerstars Black theme ?

I'm afraid not. Its best to disable "Sorting Optimization" in the Sensei and sort your lobby so games with the most players are listed at the top. The Sensei will register from the top down. Its best for the Sensei to be checking almost full games when your using this feature.



I'm unable to reproduce this. Do you have the Black theme set in TableNinja>Setup. If so please send a copy of the following files to support@alxsoftware.com and I'll check them over for errors:

1) Your TNLog and TNConfigAutoLoad files. You will find them in C:\Program Files\TableNinja

2) A screen shot of your desktop with a table and your HUD displayed. See instructions at http://www.iopus.com/guides/screenshot.htm. Please send the screen shot even if you don't have a HUD or custom table theme.

Hi Fool, I have a question about available features that I wasn't able to find on your support page or in this thread. Please excuse me if it has been asked before.

I am wondering if tableninja is able to organize mttsngs in chronological order in a tiled format. When I bust one I currently drag all other tables around to keep them in order. It lets me quickly reference which games are close to the bubble and such. Is this something that tableninja can do? If not I would like to make that suggestion.
