While this may work its not been tested and isn't supported. Make sure to test everything thoroughly at play money before getting into your regular games.

I use pokerstars hotkeys for fold, c/c, bet/raise and bet amount hotkeys, tableninja to activate next/previous/first tables and other programs, it all works fine. Certainly no conflicts between TN/stars in my experience.

The Problem with the SNG Lobby is still there. I have always the Black Theme.
I am also runnin the latest Version of TN 128.0!
Can you help?

It sounds like you may be using an old version of Stars. Try going to C:/Program Files/PokerStars and run the file marked "PokerStarsUpdate.exe". Let me know if that doesn't seem to help.

I'm unable to reproduce any problems on .dk and it doesn't appear to have updated. Are you using the classic lobby theme? If so try switching to the black theme. Support of the classic lobby has been temporarily suspended due to the differences between the regional clients.

Im using black theme, and it worked perfectly before i was forced to update...

why, please tell me why we are forced to make those updates?

something just happened to "fold when checking is available". all the time I was able to click designated fold button both for fold and check and it was really good feature. now the PS pop-up pops for a short time and there was no such behavior before.

My tables are not cycling in correct order. I have 'fix cycling loops' checked and am using Nova table theme.

Please help, I play with stacked tables so very tilting when I click my 'back' hotkey to see how a hand played out only to be thrown to a random table.

Try going to PokerStars>Options>Advanced Multi-Table Options and disable the box marked "Don't steal focus from chat and notes". Also make sure " click check on checking is free popup" in enabled in TableNinja>Annoyances. Let me know if this doesn't seem to help.



Try going to PokerStars>Options>Advanced Multi-Table Options and disable the box marked "New Tournaments Take Focus" and "Auto-open Sit & Go tournament lobby". Then go to TableNinja>Opening/Closing>Tournaments and disable "Close tournament lobby when tournament opens".

try pokerstars AHK beta, which is obviously slowly replacing TN altogether. weird that once stars develops their own beta, their biggest competitor which is a paid product starts having heaps of quality problems. Not even going to try to fix whats wrong with my TN anymore, as it will update next week and cause new problems. gotta give it up to 8 fool 8 though, must be tough being customer service for such a failed software product that used to be trustworthy and efficient

I normally use classic theme but have had to switch to black to get the sng sensi to work. can live with this even tho its annoying.

However now when i bust out of a sng it does not recognize this on the table count currently registered/total registered, so doesn't automatically reload more. Anything you can do?

Sorry to hear you've been having trouble. We are usually in the process of fixing something but its generally minor. The only current problem is with the join waitlist hotkey. If your having a problem with anything else its likely a settings conflict and can be fixed. Feel free to send a copy of the following files to support@alxsoftware.com and I'll check them over for errors:

1) Your TNLog and TNConfigAutoLoad files. You will find them in C:\Program Files\TableNinja

2) A screen shot of your desktop with a table and your HUD displayed. See instructions at http://www.iopus.com/guides/screenshot.htm. Please send the screen shot even if you don't have a HUD or custom table theme.




This can be caused by a few things. First make sure you have your PokerStars settings folder set correctly in TableNinja>Setup. You can find the correct path by going to PokerStars>Help>Show my settings folder.

Also go to PokerStars>Options>Advanced Multi-Table Options and make sure "Auto-close tournaments without notification" is disabled. Then go to TableNinja>Opening/Closing>Tournaments and set the "automatically close finished tournaments" feature to two seconds or more. Let me know if none of this seems to help.

thes a bug: when u click X to close tables dialog pops up and no matter what u choose table closes anyway, and its caused by tn

I'm having trouble reproducing this. When you say "click X to close tables" are you clicking the X on the table or hitting a close tables hotkey? If you hit the close tables hotkey the dialog should be handled. If you hit the X at the table you should have to choose to either close or cancel the action. Is this not the case for you?

I just downloaded the trial version of TableNinjaPP and I was dissapointed to not find sit n go sensei in the program. Is it included after the trial period? Or is it not available at all for PP?

unchecked ... The don't steal feature will prevent TableNinja from automatically activating the table for you.



Not at this time. We may add a Sensei or something like it with a future update but its not currently under development.

Doesnt work in classic view and got told to untick the auto close option in pokerstars it now doesnt close finished tourneys, even though i have it set to auto close in the table ninja client. The total registered/currently registered isnt being recognized either still.

Worked perfect before the update just want it back to how it was.

Support for the classic lobby has been temporarily suspended due to the differences between the regional clients. If TableNinja is completely unable to count your games you may have an incorrectly set PokerStars settings folder. Try going to PokerStars>Help>Show my settings folder. Make sure this path matches whats shown in TableNinja>Setup.

Would like to request a hotkey for our custom table layouts we make on Stars. Not just simply stack/tile/cascade
