The slow cursor thing is gone, thank god. When I tested it out however, since adding TN to the excluded programs, whenever I move a table with the auto hot key to a different slot, there is a bit of a flicker in the table. Its hard to describe and only mildly annoying. I removed TN from the excluded programs to see if that problem went away and if the slow mouse comes back. The slow mouse did come back but the flicker stayed. Overall, the tables seem to move a bit slower than normal from one slot to another.
I've tried uninstalling microsoft security essentials but the problem still persists.
Its strange that I don't get the same flickering when I use the built in stars hotkeys for stacking and tiling. When I do that, its super fast and smooth.
This isn't a major issue though. If you think you might know what is causing that then great.
Thanks again.
Are you using Vista or Win 7? If so try changing to an Aero based Windows desktop theme. Then go to the start menu search and type "performance information and tools", without the quotes, and hit enter. In the new window that pops up click the adjust visual effects link. Choose custom and make sure everything is disabled except the following:
enable desktop composition
enable transparent glass
show thumbnails instead of icons
smooth edges of screen fonts
use visual styles on windows and buttons
Also make sure UAC is disabled according to the following instructions:
http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...UAC+(Windows+7)
http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...Off+UAC+(Vista)
Let me know if none of this seems to help.

If TableNinja hangs when loading it likely means you are either having trouble connecting to the server or that your config is corrupt. First give the following a try:
1) Open your Internet Explorer and go to Tools -> Internet Options -> Connections and click on "LAN-Settings" at the bottom.
2) Uncheck every box in the new window that appears and click ok.
3) Try to load TableNinja again.
If that doesn't help make sure TableNinja is closed and go to C:/Program Files/TableNinja. Cut the file named TNConfigAutoLoad and paste it to your desktop as a backup. Then try to load TableNinja again. Let me know if none of this seems to help.
