Zoom Poker has been supported since its release. We are unable to provide support for auto buy-ins at this time but everything else should work.

We've changed the way default bets work with Zoom tables to prevent a problem for XP users. We've also added support for the new "Large Fonts On Small Tables" option in Stars though only if you use one of the Nova themes.

If the new update doesn't seem to help try going to PokerStars>Options>Table Display Options>Zoom Animations (Beta) and choose "Disabled".

pokerstars requested to update my client from pokerstars.com/net(idont remember) to pokerstars.eu.After the update the preflop and post flop default betting settings doesnt work?how can i fix them?

Could you add few more slots for Sit-n-Go Opener? I don't need them at the same time but there is Regular/Turbo/HyperTurbo speeds and 6/9-max tables(+ different buy-ins) so you need more slots when you play different types during the day. Right now I have to recycle the slots and constantly save filters. Of course if there is not any demand for this then I can live with it.

It would be also nice if Total Registered number would decrease when you unregister from tournament. Could TN also show running vs. registered tournament number?

And I don't know if it is technically possible but could you make an option that automatically unregister from SNG:s that haven't started in time SNG Opener stops running?

I had trouble installing the latest (1.2.120.0) update:

Both autoupdate and installation from Setup.exe gave me the same error msg:
"There's something wrong with the installation package. Error code 2203."

Note:
I got around of it by updating TN directly from .msi package, so it's OK.
Just thought you wanted to know

Running it on 64-bit Vista (UAC on).

Edit: couldn't remove this msg, but I posted this on TN support site as well.

I'm afraid there isn't anything like this currently in development. I'm not sure how difficult all of these ideas are but I'll be happy to pass them on to the developers.



I haven't had a report like this in a long time but the .msi was included for cases like this. Glad you figured it out.

For some reason some of my table windows are being named differently by stars? So it's messing up TN...



At the end of this session it also said I have 14 tables still going, when I only had 2. I have the settings set so the number error doesn't happen also.

If the table name is changing it might explain why TableNinja wouldn't see the game as being finished. Please send a copy of your log file from a day the problem occurred to support@alxsoftware.com. I'll go over it and see if I can spot whats happening.

Guys, "Show the Lobby" hotkey (in my case (M)Middle is no longer working fix pls.

I'm unable to reproduce this. What lobby theme are you using? Are you playing on .com or another regional client?

I am using the Black lobby theme and playing on .com

Also Win 7 + aero theme if it matters.

ninja stopped entering my default bet sizes for me, both pre and post flop. I've looked through every page, tab, and checkbox, but all of a sudden it just stopped working. There is nothing covering the pot size indicator at the top of the screen. Any recommendations? wait for next update to address the issue or send in all of my tableninja files to find where the bug is?

I can't always tell which emails are associated with which forum posts and I'm not sure if I've heard back from this user. Please send a copy of the files I listed above to support@alxsoftware.com. I'll check them over and troubleshoot the problem.

I also have this problem, I think its related to the new "display large fonts at small tables" feature in Stars. The default bets get entered again if you turn this option off, but it's a really useful option I'd like to use. It may work with the Nova themes, but so far hasn't for me. I mentioned this on the TableNinja forum and understand a fix is being worked on for the next update.

Please add support for the "Larger Fonts on small tables (beta)" option.
Once i activate this, TN can't read the potsize any more.

The option is only supported for the Nova themes at this time. We may add support for other themes with a future update but its a very large project and isn't currently in development.
