Are you using an Aero based Windows theme? We made some adjustments to the way this hotkey was handled to decrease the delay before it triggers. I've not been able to reproduce this yet but I do see how it could happen at odd times or on some machines. Please email support@alxsoftware.com and send me a copy of your TNLog and TNConfigAutoLoad files. You can find them in C:/Program Files/TableNinja. I'll go over the errors and see if I can find the cause.

Table Ninja is not displaying Stack Size in BB anymore. It used to work properly before optimizing my windows vista. Help !

EDIT: it only displays '#### BB'

Usually this means you have an incorrectly set "PokerStars settings folder" in TableNinja>Setup. You can find the correct folder by going to PokerStars>Help>Show my settings folder.

Its not possible for a third party program to increase the amount of time available in your PokerStars time-bank. What TableNinja does is decrease the amount of time it takes to make an action allowing each second you have to be spent on strategy rather than micromanagement.

TableNinja does handle the "I'm Back" button for you with its never sit out feature. You can find it in TableNinja>Annoyances.

so i have to pay for stars now and when party poker available, and I will need to pay again without com deal?

For now the programs need to be purchased separately.

hi im having an issue. When I launch SitNGo Sensei all my hoykeys stop working but my default bet amounts are still working. I relaunched Table Ninja and everything was working fine until i tried running SNG Sensei. Again my hotkeys stopped working but the default bet %s were still working fine. And, actually, right now the hotkeys have stopped working entirely. Do you know what is causing this? (as i typed that, my hotkeys started working again, but i didnt relaunch the app) <-- this has happened a few times, just randomly starts working again

im running on the trail version of TN playing on Pokerstars fwiw

also, i bought TN on my other computer about a year ago but im on a new machine now. is there a way i can retrieve my old purchase code from my old computer?

also, is there a way to change how fast the "refresh info tab" refreshes? for lag purposes when im playing alot of tables.

Usually problems with just the hotkeys are caused by a custom theme that changes the buttons or checkboxes on the table. Its hard to say without more information though. Please send a copy of the following files to support@alxsoftware.com and I'll check them over for errors:

Please send the email from the address you used when you purchased TableNinja and I'll look up your code while I'm at it.



There isn't a way to adjust this feature at this time. We may add a way with a future update but its not currently in development.

theres things i want and things i hate

i hate the default bet sizing passionately

try usingg a ps preseet button for "max" and one click table activation

the click puts the sizing to all in, and table ninja moves it back to whatever the preset is, do you see how this could make one want to drown puppies?

especially when all i want is the option to DISABLE a feature!

You can disable pre-set bets by entering zeroes in the bet fields. The program is fully customizable. You can enable or disable any feature.

it just types 0.00 in the bet box after i click max

please replicate the error by loading 2 or mroe tables and letting them both need action at once

click a stars preset sizing button on the table that is not first in line active/highlighted

tn will resize the bet you just entered to 0.00


if tn were "fully customizable" i could tell it to get the **** out of my betbox forever unless i ask it to put something there

ok found the error

not only do you have to have all bets and %s at 0 you alos have to have the % of pot circle filled in and not the bb+bb per limper method filled in

not exactly intuitive but thank god its over (hopefully, small sample size)

experienced no further mind melting affronts to justice (all 0s AND %pot radio enabled = no more default sizings)

did the new ps update from today mess something up?

working now,i had to change the custom play settings to Hyper Simple,used a different mod before that.

Does anyone use TN to play with only they keyboard?
Let's say I stack 18 CG tables and from that point I only play with keyboard.
Sounds like a great idea, but I have no clue what keys to use.
Has someone already actually done it?

More than a few players play entirely on a gamepad. It can be done but requires more preparation. The most important key for this would be the cycle to first in line hotkey. You'll also need hotkeys for each action button as well as several bet amounts.

TN doesn't detect when I'm using the hyper simple theme. It always says I'm using the classic. I'm only using the trial though, do I need to buy TN to get it to work?

The trial is fully functioning. Did you change to hyper-simple on the setup tab and its showing as error? If so this likely means TableNinja can't find your PokerStars settings folder. It needs to be set in TableNinja>Setup. You can find the path to the correct folder by going to PokerStars>Help>Show my settings folder.
