I'm unable to reproduce this. The server is currently up and accepting connections. Please give this a try:

1) Open your Internet Explorer and go to Tools -> Internet Options -> Connections and click on "LAN-Settings" at the bottom.

2) Uncheck every box in the new window that appears and click ok.

3) Try to load TableNinja again.

I play HU SNG on Stars and it has been working great for a long while, now TN will work for the 1st hand I do, but after that, I have to do all the bets and everything manually. I had everything from pre flop, post flop, in sng betting, pot betting all set to what I want, but it just not doing the work.

for example: 10/20 blinds --- pot is 100, with TN I had it at 80% and before it would bet 80 --- now it just shows 20 and I have to click the amount to bet. I have done numerous of things to see if all this would come back, but nothing works. It works for the 1st hand, but then after that I have to all the bets manually. Let me know what I should do. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Im still trying to fix this after a few hours --- just a few things to add:
it works for 1st hand, but after that -- does not work.

Highlight bet button is also not checked....

I am using Hold'em Manager and so its moving the hands away from the pokerstars HH folder. I think its the reason why my "Save Last Hand History" button returns an error. How should I configure HEM\TN?

Usually this would mean you have an incorrectly set "PokerStars Settings folder" in TableNinja>Setup. Make sure what you have listed matches whats shown in PokerStars>Help>Show my settings folder. When the save last hand hotkey is working correctly the file should show up in C:/Program Files/TableNinja.

I'm having the same problem...anyone figure it out?

I haven't played PS in a few weeks so if this is an ongoing problem sorry - I cruised through a few posts and didn't see anything.

Last time I used TN it worked fine. Today it download the latest update. However it is not automatically entering in my betsizes. Well actually sometime it does and sometimes it doesn't. It seems like if there is a raiser it enters the bet size but if not it just goes to the PS min bet size.

Any help?

Are you using a custom background or table theme with a plain black background? The last update changed the way the pot is scraped to accomodate cap tables. This caused a problem with plain black and possibly other backgrounds as the pot box border color matches it. Try switching to one of the standard backgrounds or another color.

That seems to have worked. Thank you. I was using the hyper simple theme with a black background. Just switched to the normal hyper simple theme.

Fool any ETA on an update that will fix this? I <3 classic theme a lot, but I really miss my custom theme. I think a fix for this could be released a little faster =/ Also it seems unreasonable to me that we cannot download an older version of the software.

edit: oh cool tiltbuster changed the themes to fix it

Use that background posted above by Bar if you prefer to have a black background. I know using the default tilts me to no end.

Feature request: hotkeys for heads up sng rematch popup (hotkey for accept, hotkey for decline) and automaticly kill the popup window if villain declines or if both players accept.

Yes, reseting an old TableNinja profile is automatic and happens during registration.

to clarify the situation, I registered and downloaded tableninja. I got a beeping error that won't go away, so now I want to reinstall.

The beeping is an error chime. Usually this happens when you have one theme set in PokerStars and another in TableNinja>Setup. If this isn't the case please email a copy of the following files to support@alxsoftware.com:

I can likely find the problem and save you a reinstall.

I already took these steps and you guys couldn't fix it. I was then instructed to do online chat with someone, but I haven't gotten around to that. I just did what I thought was reinstalling, however the beeping still happens.

If the problems continues after reinstalling its likely caused by PokerStars or a Windows setting. Since I doubt I'll catch it this time, please send me a message on skype when your available and I'll check everything over.

I have the annoying beeping sometimes and it's not the theme. Also the mouse cursor it scrolls across the screen if i click it in notes or the chat box. It doesn't do either of these all the time but randomly. Sent the email with screen shot and files

sent skype message, hope it went through since the loading icon keeps rotating. i haven't used skype for a long time so i dont know if thats typical

Still waiting on email response getting pretty annoying when multi tabling. If i'm on waiting lists and it starts to ding it ignores my max table amount and opens the tables up.

Is anyone using a Microsoft Intellimouse?

I am having issues getting the side buttons (set to control-C and control-V) to act correctly. They aren't doing anything when I click them even though I have control-C set to fold.

The side buttons do work when I use them to copy and paste in other programs.

Can't you just select the field in TableNinja for the action that you want to program and then physically click one of those buttons to program it? The fact that you have those buttons set up as hotkeys for ctrl+c and ctrl+v in your mouse's settings or whatever should not matter.
