TableNinja Version 1.2.91.0 -- Bug Fix for Cap

Hey guys,

We've implemented a bug fix for Cap tables that caused pot betting to fail in the Classic, Hyper-Simple, and No-Images themes.

Here's whats new in TableNinja version 1.2.91.0.

looking at the logs I am getting the following.........'

tried changing to diffrent themes and turning the HUd off......... nothing works.......

How about you just change it back while you find out the error

seriously why do you force us to update?

and then release a version that doesn't work.

Make sure the new version is working for 99+% of your customers before forcing us to update.

Not only that..........Friday afternoon.......... worst possible time........

At least HEM gives you the option to revert back to your working version if you have a problem with the update............

After much playing about I think i found the problem.......plus a temp solution....

I use the hypersimple theme.......black table with a custom image back ground (just a pure black image) so the table and background are black.

If you remove the custom image and just go with the standard blue back ground it now works OK...............

Obviously I dont know why but at least its a fix....

I hate the blue background as my hud has blue in it...........

OK, I have another fix........better than the blue.........

I experimented and a dark grey material and it works fine for me........

My advice is to experiment with backgrounds that are not quite black

+1 - Paid users should not be forced to beta test minor fixes for games they don't even consider playing

here is an example of an image i tried that would not work and gave all kinds of pot reading errors.........

I thought being textured it might help........

I guess if you want hard balck you are out of luck..........

It's really works perfectly with gray backgrounds on TiltBuster Themes with images.

actually, it seems to be pretty much "Hit and Miss" right now. Every time I think I have a theme working, something as simple as changing the size of the table may screw it up.

But experimenting with backgrounds is def what you need to do for now.

actually, just the area around the pot

for example, adding this small square allows this mod to work perfectly with TN (no-image base)

so if you find something that works - you could probably just add a small block to an otherwise all black background

As far as I can tell this is caused by using non-standard themes. If your using a custom theme you will need to change to Classic, Hyper-Simple, No-images, or Black for now.
